This is the third time I am typing this... IF definitely has something against me... Or maybe Swastik
Saw yesterday's episode... This time without family and in peace... Or so I thought... Seems like my head is far worse than my entire family put together
The episode began with the wailing cliffhanger (WC for short...?) getting rescued. Hanuman makes him rest under a tree in a clearing and asks what happened. WC explained that he was cursed with extreme difficulties by a sage (the very same Shani Deva in disguise) and was on his way to give a ring from Ayodhya to him to get rid of the curse. At the mention of Ayodhya, Hanuman gets excited and says it's is Aradhya's birthplace. WC says the ring is from Shree Rama himself (sounds very suspicious...) and Hanuman wants to hold it. WC says he can do so but has to give it back quickly so that he can give it to the sage and freed of his curse.
Hanuman takes the ring in his hands and the scene changes ... becomes very romantic... There are golden orbs floating around, the entire area is filled with pinkish gold hues and big rose petals start flying around (from where...? There were no roses before...) with one even sticking to Hanuman's check as he sheds a couple of tears ... I suppose rainbows and unicorns didn't manage to get Swastik attention... yet...
The scene seems very familiar for some reason ... A poor innocent person receives a ring and is filled with love and emotions... Very similar to Hanuman giving Rama's ring to Sita, is it not...? (Just, why Swastik...?!?) Did Swastik get confused between Hanuman and Sita? I get it that they both love Rama very much but this...
A Tamil proverb comes to mind... "Vidiya vidiya Ramayanam kettu Seethaiku Raman Chitthappannu sonnanam..." literally translates to "A person listened to Ramayanam all night till dawn and said that Rama is Sita's uncle..." Meaning a person listened to lectures for a long time and gets even basic stuff wrong...
Moving on... Elsewhere Elsa Vali is playing with his food. He tosses a guava like a cricket ball as he speaks to his friend regarding Hanuman's plight.
WC gets the ring back and points the way to Ayodhya to Hanuman and leaves only to be snatched away by a gigantic crow. After this the episode becomes a cartoon... The effects are great but the story is like a Tom and Jerry episode (or something similar... Popeye, maybe...?) WC does what he always does ... wails all the way for Hanuman to save him.
Now Shani Deva shows us all a flashback... The man is a sinner who earned Shani's Vakra Shrishti and man pleads with Shani Deva that he would do anything to escape that fate and can't stand it anymore. Shani Deva tells him to distract a vanara and show him the way to Ayodhya. Erm... So cheating Hanuman doesn't count as sin when suggested by Shani Deva? Shani wants to distract Hanuman until Anjana is gone so that Hanuman fails his mission.
Hanuman follows the crow. The crow turns into a ... sort of asura/human and attacks Hanuman only to break his own hand... Crow-man asura continues fighting with a limp hand as Shani Deva watches and thinks Hanuman will definitely lose time.
Elsa Vali and friend are still discussing Hanuman. Vali is confident that Hanuman will fail and Anjana will be gone and then he can keep Hanuman under his control forever. When the friend reminds Vali of Sugreeva, Vali laughs and says he's not threat.
Sugreeva is on a search for Hanuman and the saint. He sees his soldiers tired and tells them to eat and rest while he continues the search.
Hanuman defeats the crow-man asura and is now trying to face Shani Deva. Rushiraj actually looks more muscular than as Meghanada here...
No wonder Swastik Hanuman is angry all the time... Everyone wants to control his life...
Same promo as yesterday...
The ring scene had mentioned rofl...
And Sugreeva mentioned that his soldiers can prepare food and eat... Since when did vanaras do that, I wonder... especially in the middle of a forest...
