Yes happened to me as well. Once in a YouTube podcast I said that Karna ordered for Draupadi's VH. People started saying I don't know anything and get confused between Karna and Duryodhana.

Then there are others who think that B.R. Chopra couldn't have been wrong.

@b: Yepp this!! Moslty its older gen who believes that. Rather i'll say he was the one to spread these rumours coz he made MB first time nd shown those fake scenes.

I actually met a person who was saying that why I only trust on what VedVyasa wrote, I should also check/read the national poet Ramdhari Singh Dinkar and then judge Karna

He never showed Karna Draupadi angle though. It was later people started bringing in and then self proclaimed greats like Devidutt Patnaik spread more rumours about it

See I am not a fan of any character, in fact I don't even dislike Karna because at that time, people did behave in certain ways for their selfish reasons. It's Karna's fan who irritate me to the core. They don't want to know Mahabharata just defend Karna

Yeah that i know. I meant other scenes like 'andhe ka putra andha', Draupadi laughing on him, insulting him in swayamwara etc.. and Karna whitewashing in Dyut Sabha.

I read a book 'Karna's wife: An outcast's queen'.. nd u also told or smone else that their relative also read this book. In this author wrote that Draupadi loved Karna but had to marry Pandavas, now she is jealous of his wife i read it like 5 yrs back to zyada yaad nhi.
