Houses don't get built on 99 yr lease plots. That's only for commercial purposes.

Kabir sabko pasand aane laga tha isliye his whole storyline changed. He was the only character who troll whole mahajans collectively instead of taking any side. But they ended him working for gargi and shifted to yuvika's side to pay her back. That's when I understood that they never let any character rose above yuvika and dj.

Ab fl ne apna dimaag chalaaya hai to baaki sab to dumb and lazy hi honge. Kisi ki dimaag ki ghanti abhi tak nai baji why she is so bothered about bhoomi's health.

Abhi agar dj ne bribing ki hoti to yuvika ne inquiry shuru kar di hoti. But kyunki yuvika ne bribe Kiya hai to nobody from mahajans bothered to check with urban development department. Though DB ne koi dispute to file Kiya let's see vaha kya hota hai ya phir vaha bhi yukti kuch paise ka power dikhaake kuch karegi.

No idea but I've heard this 99 year lease thing in some movies

99 year leases are given by govt for commercial purposes. Like bus stand pe jo bahar, upar shops hoti hai, they usually have such leases.

google says a residential or commercial property is sold only for 99 yrs. uske baad it needs to be renewed.

Also there is a wacky and weird rumoured theory that British gave India independence on a lease of 99 yeas. After 99 years they will come back.

If we analyse the Kabir track then nothing makes sense...They changed the story at the last moment...so whatever they had showed in the beginning of that track just doesn't hold any meaning...

They were scared that Kabir might gain more popularity than DigVika..as he was the most entertaining character there...
