dolly as u said ur laptop is heated up then first buy laptap table from shop because that laptop table has fan which keep laptop cool and if ur laptop has extra old and unneccesarry file then clean it by cc cleaner because if laptop is hot and too many files in laptop then loading time take too much

as u said it started again same problem then shut down laptop and restart laptop .if it again show problem then u can again give to service centre

my another suggestion as service centre will take time u can buy tablet from shop .tablet prices start from rs 5000 .

another thing make sure unless a page fully loaded another page should not be open because if another page is open without first loading of previous page then it lead hang .if it hang then shut down laptop directly and restart laptop laptop will resume .also another thing there is multiple socket appliance come(not extension) i dont know exactly name of that appliance but now days people c tv recharge laptop by inserting plug in that appliance only .this appliance keep laptop tv safe .u may know but stll i am saying laptop should not keep on bed

most important thing as ur problem related to forum then pm to forum administrator

well one day i open my laptop , laptop is start but it does not open desktop .i wait for 2 hrs but it does not open .then i want to shut down laptop i could not then i leave laptop as it is so that its battery discharge and laptop can shut down due to battery discharge .next day i recharge my laptop when i start laptop a msg come that v r sorry for inconvience then it open desktop

surabhi thanx 4 the info. but i'd checked it @ service centre 4 heating prob & they suggested change of part. and they'd changed it & prob is solved but after this change this is happening like pages r not visible directly but wenever i go 2 the links in my post & open them then they r shwoing nxt pages also.but this is happening wid 2-3 threads or posts only.😊
