I feel ichcha is alive...may be she is in coma and someone or doctor exchange her with other woman's dead body..but she is under observation..so nobody knows that she is in the same hospital and alive..i have a doubt..otherwise how akash and his family take revange from ichcha?and tina did not want to leave ichcha's character..this is cvs idea..so there must be some twist ..
