No this is the picture from a video from an episode (I think it was in Feb 2010) when Mai had taken a 'rishta' for Vansh for Icha and Jogi Thakur accepted it thinking it was for Veer.

Mai told Vansh about the rishta and Jogi called up Veer and congratulated him!

Both brothers were 'imagining' a suhaag raat with Icha.

This was a dream sequence!!

no its 5th october 2009 pic only...this is iccha dreaming scene of veer...when there marriage fixed iccha dreaming this scene...after putting mehendi in her hand...she is smiling in dream damini sat beside her feeling happy that is the episode...
