@ankit ..shyams ..i am confused about this law being posted here ..though i know it cannot be like that lol which law in the world will say that equality only among equals not unequals because it will create chaos lol what type of chaos it will create if all people will be equal 😕same law is saying everyone is equal in justice eyes no caste, no religion, no race , no status etc ..i don't believe this type of double crossing law exists anywhere in the world leave India ..

this is not possible ankit any person can say it is not possible in any country's constitution some like that would be written ..i wonder how far some people can go in love of one character degrade their own country by saying my country's law says that equality should be only among equals .not unequals ...all people are equal in law's eyes ..it is a fact that preferrences do come , unequality is there because corruption is everywhere in the world ..but in written consititutions , real laws no such thing can be written openly and India is a very big , developing country it is not possible something like that is there in its constitution ..even an outsider like me cannot believe this ..never

lol, iam not into discussion as i dont know about INDIAN LAW and CONSTITUTION than ppl who sit in Abroad and preach as per their convince and when asked mock or twist word s , wat a shame since no mod is informed or had taken action yet ...

yaar i don't know abt other country but in India Equality comes under FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS. if people travelling in business class think they r superior, i wd suggest thm even abuse the lower class and if tht lower class ( so called) file case against thm thn court will teach the real interpretation. Only thn confusion will be cleared 😆
