Fresh topic. From where u got such unique concept to discuss.? U r first person to make every1 realise that tapu is mahaan. And loosing dad is nt big issue. Its just a small matter. Unnecesarily jogi is feeling guilty 4 ichha's dad. And servants r like tissue paper. They dnt deserve status in society. No one is trying to understand tapu who has done all crimes 4 nt sharing parents. She dnt mind sharing husband but nt parents any cost.

and acc. 2 Indian constitution
article14- equality b4 law

15- prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste,sex or place of birth

article 21- protection of life & prsnl liberty

23 to 24-right against exploitation

article 15 directs the state not 2 discrimnate against a citizen on the grounds of only of race, caste, religion, sex or place of birth etc.

the word "only" indictaes that the discrimination can't b made merely on the ground thta one belongs 2 a particular caste ,religion,race etc.

if oder qualificns(it means if u've equal eligibility in term sof educn etc. & not money or power) r equal, religion, race, caste etc. shudn't b disability!!

These rights according to Article 15,21,23,24..are to be practiced against the State.Rights are to be practised in case of education and employment.If State is violating these fundamental rights then one must file a Writ petition under Article 32( Supreme Court) and Article226( High Court).

It is the liability of the State.

Kindly refer the case of Shantabai v University of Madras and Ajay Hasia case.These are landmark cases.Which will give you a clear idea about the fundamental rights,about these articles and their applicability .

and refer the term only. Besides race,sex,religion,place of birth there can be other deciding factors where the Court take important decision.

Refer these cases:

1.Secretary, State Of Karnataka And ... vs Umadevi And Others on 10 April, 2006( Supreme Court)

2.Srimathi Champakam Dorairajan and Anr.
Vs.
The State of Madras, represented by the Chief Secretary

Read these cases carefully,you will have a better interpretation about the Right to Equality.

You can also read the Doctrine of Severability.It will clear your confusion.

I m enlightened today tht Indian constitution support inequality of its citizens. So far i was living in confusion tht equality is fundamental rit 😆 😆 to better interpretation i m going to abuse some naukars and ask thm to file the case against me. Thn i think court will teach me perfect interpretation of INDIAN.CONSTITUTION 😆 😆 i will suggest everyone who r living in such confusion, doing same 😆 😆

It's nothing about fantasy,and no misinterpretation.Ask any Lawyer whether my interpretation is wrongly presented or not.

And you are finding my interpretation defaming towards Indian Constitution,so please go through the fundamental right part of it..which gives a right of FAIR TRIAL to every person.We have a Adverse Litigation System in India and that is why Azmal Kasab also getting a chance of Trial.

However,Indian Judiciary doesn't see things as only BLACK & WHITE, it observes the GREY area too.

And One Fixed Rule when you accuse someone...YOU MUST ALWAYS COME WITH CLEAN HAND...so one must clean their one deeds before accusing Tapasya..

i dont need to consult any lawyer, consultancy needed those who hv confusion. i dont hv. i dont want to advertise my education(as its custms of this forum), but i m pretty sure abt the fundamental rit of INDIAN Citizen.

as concern to the accusation of TAPU i dont need suggetion from anyone wht sd i do and wht sd not but i hope those who preech this theory, follow it and their post show how strictly they follow this theory😆😆

.i think no one among us have ever done anything like Tapasya so why we need to clean our hands before accusing her 😕and if ichcha or veer or anyone has done like that we would be this same i mean how many times we have criticized them for their wrong things 😕probably some people never read others posts just shooting arrows in darkness and i think there is some special law for crimes done under jealousy or instigation because grey areas.. law's deep research why a person became jealous ..because parents were partial ..so parents should be arrested because the culprit was physically above 18 so small .. was manipulated , was jealous , insecure .so leave him/her 😆😆😆what a law ? 😆

i know the articles as i'd read all the articles of the constitution &'d done analysis also by a v.renowned pol.science prof.!!these cases don't change the right 2 equality. but yes if sum1 want 2 misinterpret the rt 2 equality then even giving whole of constitution's reference isn't sufficient!! and i m sure even court can't say that bcoz of one prsn's status or class or profsn we've the rt. 2 degrade oder prsn & flaunt abt the so-called high status by sum ppl!!

arre nahi ankit misinterpret toh hum kar rahe hai!! i think its really degrading the Indian constitution by saying that it supports inequality.

and abt lawyer's suggestion atleast we've relatives & frnds who'r lawyer but none has ever told me that this is the interpretation of Indian Constitution.😆😆

That is may be you never talked with them in this context..possibly you always had meaningless gossip with them..that is not my problem..and yes..INDIAN CONSTITUTION says about EQUALITY AMONG EQUALS..not EQUALITY among NON-EQUALS..that is why you have specifications like ..UR/SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-SM..that is why age relaxation is there..in every Application form to get admission or get employment ..

And you don't need any lawyer or any consultation..the only reason behind it..you are scared of the raw truth...no other reason can be..if you are so confident then why are you hesitating to testify and verify?
