I say that it is a rape because to have sexual relations with a not willing person is a rape. A rape is not made with violence, when the person is not contains of its acts and when somebody takes advantage it is a rape.

In more it is necessary to know that Veer would never touch Tap .

That is very true if the roles were reversed and Veer did that to Tapasya but in this case it was the other way around.,

Everyone is aware that Veer would never make any advances to Tapasya in a normal situation and not intoxicated situation but during that particular episode he did in no way show that he was unwilling. We may prefer to think he was unwilling and that is our own point of view. I am commenting on what I saw and making the best logic out of it.
He was intoxicated and devastated by Ichcha's lack of belief in him so he let down his guard.

I agree there may not be any need for violence in rape but a girl cannot have relations with a man unless he reciprocrates😉. So if Veer did reciprocate then how was he unwilling??? He was out of his mind with grief and drunk that is for sure but unwilling and rape - I don't believe so.

Morning Aditiji , if we put aside wht term is best 2 describe tht situation, at no point of time was Veer shown as reciprocating in those scenarios, hence it can b classified as unwilling from his side, he lay there like dead man..😳

Of course it is bad but Tapasya wanted Veer at any cost and the minute she saw an opportunity after so many failed attempts at trying to seduce Veer ----she took it.

Some may say that he is her husband so what??? Others may hate her for it. That is up to each member to decide. 😉😉

Shivani when I said reciprocrate I meant something else . But of course he was unwilling in an emotional way but in a physical way????? how do we know?? Once the pregnancy issue is sorted out we will know exactly to what extent Veer did or did not cooperate. Does that make sense???😕

Aditiji, very good 2 c u here thts wht brought me in...., I very well understand how u feel abt it @bold, but it has been in recent Australian news how the other gender can also do this highly condemnable act,but again leaving aside the terminology, Veer was not shown reciprocating, neither physically nor emotionally tht night......😛 so I guess nothing happened between them, so dont worry..😃,

Now that is a totally different issue which we will happily discuss in the future😉😃😃. Well it is the same here although we have only seen it in movies but you are right - let us see what happens. One never likes to be proved wrong and this is one time I am hoping I am wrong.😊
