I am not sure that I can accept the terminology that Tapasya raped Veer.

They may have had a one-sided night but rape is only when one person objects and the other overpowers him/her with brute force. That certainly did not happen. So I feel it would be unfair to accuse Tapasya of that.

However, she did take advantage of Veer's intoxication to her benefit.

Bold, yes that I agree what I have simply said is that I cannot accept the terminology rape. Any other word like using it to Tapasya's advantage or taking advantage of Veer's sadness and intoxication is fine but not rape.😕
