**Mod's note**
Look friends if you r constructively criticising an Actor's acting or certain things that the Actor needs to improve then its fine..but make sure limits r not crossed and the actor is not bashed in the name of constructive criticism...
Also if some member is doing constructive crticism and the other member is quoting that person in the actor's defence, its fine again but make sure u r not personally attacking the member but just putting across your POVs😊
If someone wants to know the difference between criticism and bashing..let me give u an example..
Tina's acting sometimes look childish ..she needs to work on her voice modulation...This is called constructive criticism and its allowed...also if another member thinks otherwise he/she can put forward their POVs also without getting personal
Tina looks thin ..her face is weird...she sucks...etc etc...This is called Bashing and is not allowed..if a member is using such type of words for an actor which is related to her physical attributes or a member is involved in name calling then Dev team will b taking action
Same is applied for other actors like Nandish and Rashmi as well....you all can praise or criticise their acting abilities ...but no talks on their physical features or name calling is allowed...

Appreciate your opinion as I do those who like Ichcha's voice modulation😊

ofcours I have heard Bob Dylan...like a rolling stone has been one of my favorite oldies....every singer develops a style of singing.....like this one-Himesh Reshamiya, he sings in this peculiar voice........but even Bob Dylan does not speak sounding like a baby...😳...while in interviews, he speaks in a deep, nice tone.

About Sushmita getting voice training.....she spoke well even in Ms India pageant....one of my friends was a participant in Ms India...but she still doesnt speak like Sushmita Sen...so I think its about how you develop your communication on a personal level too😊. Plus I am only giving an example of Bong celebrities just to illustrate that all Bengalis do not speak in a childish manner. Everyone does not have to sound like Sushmita Sen or Smita Patil...but I am simply saying that talking in a babyish way cannot be regional thing or else everyone in that region would be sounding kiddish.

I am only expressing my opinion with respect to my personal choices.........I agree not everyone is perfect....but on my personal level, I like to watch celebrities with better personality...according to me they get paid for their personality traits, and we invest time in watching them....and if I don't like what I am watching-- I feel I should express.😳

strengh n stability not comes by only speaking loudly or shouting ...life ko samajo..childish me hi god hota hai....truth hota hai...hamara knowledge kamm hai.. par he to sab ko aise hi samaj me aata hai...
Ram- sita ne kabhi jor se baat kiya hai kya...

Sanjay ji..I think we are talking in different planes....I never there was anything bad about talking sweetly....and I have no idea why are you even saying that I like loud people.....I feel when you are acting, you are loud or moderate according to your role....but about regular conversation what I don't like about Tina has nothing to do with her "not being loud". May be you could read my posts again....and its ok even if you don't understand or agree with my POV.😆....

About the truth of life and spiritualism......I really have no idea why would you assume that I have no spirituality in my life...or even that you are more spiritual than me. Anyways, I don't think I need to explain.😳.....its not even related😳

About connecting strength and stability to personality traits......frankly I do relate certain characteristics to a better, smarter personality (some of them being walking straight, not fidgeting etc)....I am sorry, but I have my personal choices....., you like Tina, good for you--I don't like Tina's personality so much coz of the way she speaks and gives a childish impression-I have my reasons and that's my preference. You stick to your choices, I'll stick to mine...simple😳 !!

who said all Bengalis have a kiddish voice? Its not at all like that and I dont think anyone was telling that, maybe you should try to read every post and understand them before replying. 😉

But yes being a Bengali, they may have accent problems, they might pronounce certain words in a different manner and this is a very regional thing. This is in defense of Tina's Hindi pronunciation as some members over here never tire of criticizing. She is brought up in Kolkata ( yes not all brought up in Kolkata have that problem) but many do.
Similar is the case with some South Indians, Marathis, Gujratis etc etc

Like say Rashmi's English pronunciation or Nandish's is not always very perfect say like Mr Amitabh Bachchan who speaks Hindi as well as English perfectly and also his pronunciation is very good.

Not all 19 year olds have childish voice but many do, not all people are the same. You need not mock her for that but you can certainly have your choices.

talking of pronunciation...I must admit Veer's dialogues are always a pleasure to hear and crystal clear & crisply communicated by nandish..👏
