I doubt if that will help because the judge will just say that he should have stayed alive and told the truth rather than killing himself. It is not as if Tapasya shot him herself.

You know, how interesting Uttaran would have been if they had had a court case. These CV's are really lop-sided.

also yes vansh pointed gun but what followed was a dialogue whereby he informed her that I have called Veer and Ichcha here, let them come and see your true face, now since he called them he had no intention of killing her otherwise if he murders her how will veer and ichcha see her true face? He only wanted to expose her but was pointing the gun at her so that she does not escape.

Even if the law does not think Taps is gulity of abettment, Veer has every right to be furious at her and even to hate her and he knows that his ex-wife is not stupid.

all those points dont matter😆 the judge isnt going to look to the IFs and BUTs if there is clear evidence of it not being a crime. Can we end this discussion? Like ive said call any professional unbiased lawyer here and ask them! dhood ka dhood aur pani ka pani ho jayega!

Yes ji it doesn't matter if judgment is already decided b4 d debate but it will matter if d lawyer is arguing in court and have brought this to judge's notice 😆

Oh Veer knows who to blame. No doubt about that. He has never had any illusions about Tapasya despite everything attempt she has made to please him.

When an FIR can be lodged against Rakhi Sawant for calling someone "namard" on her show by which this person's family alleges that because of her harsh words in front of entire nation he committed suicide, then I am sure an FIR can be lodged against Taps for abettment of suicide of Vansh.

The very fact that even an FIR was entertained shows that it is not a frivolous case, I am sure Rakhi had no Mens Rea.

The court and judgement will only come later.

And a lawyer was saying on Tv that this person committed suicide after 25 days from the time the episode was aired which weakens the case against Rakhi vis-a-vis if he would have immediately committed suicide which is the case with Vansh.

dearest lord😆 I dont know any court that would find her gulity😆 so we say any mean thing to anyone and they go commit suicide the jails would be larger than the moon by now😆 like I said...I would be extremely surprised! If there was no intention of causing harm how can it be a crime? Also yes the fact tht he committed suicide much later is a factor! How can they be sure its because of what he said? Anywayz in Tapu's case ur forgetting the self defence.

There is Mens Rea, as in Taps did not want to be exposed in front of Veer and family which Vansh was about to do, she knew he was mad or mentally unstable (she called him mad), was feeling guilty and in the circumstances used his guilt to save her skin so that she is not exposed.
She hid that blood stained stole, she even stole money and God's ornaments so that she could pay off Sid, so that he would remain quiet.
All this shows that she did not want to be exposed, would go to any lengths to stop it.
Even when Veer was being accused, she did not open her mouth, Veer did pyar ka natak and she told him some half truth.
This all proves she is not stupid and very much had a guilty mind.

😆 Guilty mind as in INTENTION! Did she have an intention to kill Vansh?

There is no self defense plea in her case because Vansh told her that Veer and Ichcha are coming and you see how I expose you in front of them. He had no intention to kill her then.

As I said court only comes later but an FIR can very well be lodged, she can go to prison and then maybe get bail. But Taps has not yet gone to prison for this.
