Seems to be the CV's style and not just for this serial.

Even if they cannot jail her for Vansh they can surely find her responsible for Ichcha's murder attempt. What is Sid doing in jail. Hatching eggs😉 His lawyer should be trying to get him out using Tapasya as the instigator.

This is how real stories go but this IS fiction so the creative license is being used and stretched to the maximum.😡

I know that Tapasya did push Vansh over the edge. However, if one were to look at it with an inch of reality, a good lawyer would find enough loopholes to give the benefit of the doubt to Tapasya.

Vansh was pointing a gun to her head and not the other way around. To save herself she tried to bluff her way through not really expecting Vansh to shoot himself.

To be fair, I don't think she believed he would kill himself but she certainly rocked an already unstable person. That will not hold up in court. CV's of this channel are not going to show us all the logical moves, instead they have done the best illogical move by overlooking the whole incident and putting it in the past.

Would you agree with that???

tap can never have anything bad happen to her for more then 3episodes , dont think about it

Areyy Aditi ji I have been trying to tell some blinded haters for MONTHS that according to the court of law Tapasya CANNOT be found guilty for Vansh's case for the simple reason that the fundamental legal principle of MENS REA was not present in the act! She can be charged for conspiracy to commit murder and would get about 10 years in Ichhas case for it but this is a serial. Now what to do if they dont even wanna listen to someone who studies law???🥱🥱🥱 now im bored of explaining. Go and ask any lawyer for heavens sake! The most half witted ones will even say it!

You do have a point... but considering the fact that tappu knew that vansh had a history of drug abuse, dint she sort of use his unstable mentality to push him off the edge... the video footage showed that tappu clearly instigated the guy, a good lawyer could have also gotten her behind the bars using that as an evidence and the fact that she already had a case pending against her (ichcha murder) it would have given the evidence more leverage. and she SO deserves it...and may be she would still get off the Vansh case..attempt of murder is no less...if sid gets jail, she is equally at fault ( if not more) and deserves to be behind bars...

and that cannot be over looked..alas the CV's, they can...

I wouldn't call them blind or haters they are just fans of Vansh and Ichcha and their's is the normal response. Besides I have just put what in reality might be the logic in my opinion

You and I both know that in this serial there is no logic since it is fictional so our only way to go is to give one's own point of view in favour of whoever appeals to us most.

You have your POV and I can appreciate that since you are studying law, you would be more inclined to use examples to prove that point, whereas the others are reacting with their heart.

No one is wrong here (other than the CV's) it is just the way it is. Nothing personal.

Well if Sid were to given a statement mentioning Tapu wanted to kill Vansh which along with d video and an acknowledgment from Tapu in d video that she wanted to make Ichcha's life hell and she hates Ichcha can be taken as reasons enough by court to decide that Tapu wanted to kill Vansh to take revenge from Ichcha
Remember court will also take into account that Vansh's suicide abatement wasn't d first time Tapu did a crime but she has a history of it like murder attempt to murder on ichcha, theft at Jogi's house and Bundela's house
