greanbear, its useless to discuss with some blinded Tapu lovers. it will be end less. first of all we r not talking abt real cases. in reality the abettment to suicide is a crime but it need to be proved and its all depend on the talent of Lawer and evidences. we cant expect from a soap to be real, otherwise anyway Tapu wd hv been chakki pissing in the jail on other cases too. the fact tht CVs hs proved tht she is guilty and we can only stick to tht. wht we hv seen its enough for us to make Tapu guilty and we can form our opinoin on the basis of wht is shown and not hypothetical theory how it will be proved in the court?? (its in all country not only in INDIA) in court even a criminal can be equited due to lack of evidence or due legal games, it dosnt lessen his crime and for public he will remain criminal
