oiii baap re! INTENTION!!!! do u understand the meaning of that word? It means u r purposely doing that KNOWING it will make them commit suicide! But have u read that article? Abettment to commit suicide requires 3 things! INTENTION, MOTIVE and a DIRECT ACT and all three need to be satisfied!

I understand and u be happy with ur knowledge but I've other works also to do then just to argue here whole day so leave it ji
I'm happy that Veer and other characters in show know d truth as that is all that matter in show 😆

yes and in case u want more...this is what the Supreme Court in New Delhi has said!

As the Ruchika case gathers momentum, the Supreme Court in a judgement on Tuesday said there has to be a clear intention of the accused to prove abetment to suicide.
The apex court said: "Abetment involves a mental process of instigating a person or intentionally aiding a person in doing of a thing. Without a positive act on the part of the accused to instigate or aid in committing suicide, conviction cannot be sustained."

Now who wants more?
