oiii baap re! INTENTION!!!! do u understand the meaning of that word? It means u r purposely doing that KNOWING it will make them commit suicide! But have u read that article? Abettment to commit suicide requires 3 things! INTENTION, MOTIVE and a DIRECT ACT and all three need to be satisfied!

yes and in case u want more...this is what the Supreme Court in New Delhi has said!

As the Ruchika case gathers momentum, the Supreme Court in a judgement on Tuesday said there has to be a clear intention of the accused to prove abetment to suicide.
The apex court said: "Abetment involves a mental process of instigating a person or intentionally aiding a person in doing of a thing. Without a positive act on the part of the accused to instigate or aid in committing suicide, conviction cannot be sustained."
