She is neither punished 4 conspirancy behind Ichcha's murder attemping case nor 4 stealing crores from her own home nor 4 leading a person 2 shoot himself................😡😡😡. may the script writers r so fool or stupid or they don't know the rules and law of our nation..😆😆😆.............. or tappu may be a super man😆😆😆 ...........no ....no.... 😆 i am sorry super -woman😆😆😆

as far as getting punished for pushing a man to shoot himself, no law in india can punish her for that. If u know a lawyer then contact him n he,ll tell u thousands of ways how tapasya can get a clean chit in it. In our country, hundreds of people troubler others n make their lives worst, even to the extent ppl are forced to commit suicide, but it is one individual own willpower and capability to cope with the situation and take his own life. If one person asks other to kill himself and other also do this stupidity, and law cannot punish the first person to just say so.

and i think u don't read newspapers. oh sorry i 2got how can u read Indian newspapers?😆😆pick any indian newspaper whether hindi, english or regional lang they"ll tell u all abt ruchika"s case where now rathore who pushed her 2 suicide through continous harassment 2 her & family is trying not 2 book under him this section of IPC where hes entitled 2 min. 10yrs. & heavy penalty.

and earlier 2 in 1 of the posts i'd mentioned abt it & if want the name of newspaper wid date & month i defntly find it so that ur misunderstanding regarding no punishment 2 abetter"ll get crystal clear like our dear tappu!!!😉😉😆😆😆

thanx dear actually i knew this wen ruchika's case was going on sum months back!!!😊😊 and after posting abt it i googled 4 punishment 4 abetment 2 suicude & it clearly states under section 306 of IPC its punishable act & imprisonment upto 10 yrs. wid fine!!👏😆😆

let me clarify ur doubts in indian language and law as u understand.

To elaborate ur legal knowledge and keeping in mind indian legal scenario, we r talking abt vansh n tapasya case not ruchika,s case. Any lawyer can prove in minutes that vansh was dopey, depressed and went to rehab and such person is already at the verge of suicide. Vansh was also mentally unstable with his wife with extreme n adverse mood swings. All these r facts n could be proved easily by a smart lawyer.
So this case is of a drug addicted man not a normal man. I also belong to a family to lawyers, n any smart lawyer can get tapasya a clean chit like a cake walk in indian scennario ..... He he he
