yup nikhil and Mallika were in matching outfits even in the hospital and praying together. So cute. Naaz deserves everything she gets.

Unfortunately, Advait is yet to know about his feelings for Nehmat and by the time he will know about it, it will be too late.

It is a sudden change they have made in his character after marriage whilst in parallel making ekam seem extra mahaan. Just fed up.

Before that there was also a hug between them. When Mallika gets worried about Ekam, Nikhil hugs her and consoles her.

Honestly, I am a Kanik (Nikhil-Mallika) shipper and always wanted to see Mallika with Nikhil.

But today when I saw Kanik together, I kind of felt weird.🤢

Yeah naaz is sat there at home all chill in her nightwear whilst nikhil is there in hospital with rest of family and mallika praying for ekam to get better. Nikhil I feel will get fed up of naaz soon and nikhil-mallika paring may happen. Honestly fed up with saravi and color channel's obsession with ema. This season nehmat is emotionally cheating on advait, advait seems to now be physically cheating on nehmat as per today's episode the way he was shown intimately cuddling with that girl in bed even though they were fully clothed, and there is possibility of nikhil cheating on naaz in future (although imo as harsh as it sounds this naaz actually deserves it for what she did to nehmat-mallika and how she is now showing her true colours to nikhil out of hunger for power).
