Same way, maybe the CVs might be doing the same with Nehkam too,

Again I'm just guessing, I myself want Nehvait to be the endgame but can't understand what is going on in the CVs mind.

i know about that flashback. I mean many fights n tashan between hero-heroine in present scenario before their SLOW progress of love. Sidha bf-gf dikhane ke baad flashback me fight dikhane ka kya faida. Itv mostly shows full story of Lead couple since start. N fatejo started with fights

Maybe the Saravi CVs were trying something innovative this time with Nehkam.😆
