Forgotten Memories
Part 1
"dandewali did nothing wrong to me" Was what the little child mumbled quietly when she saw the wardboys wheel a badly wounded Chakor in the operation theatre... that red light broke her little heart as she realized it was her fault Chakor was there... she slid down the marbled floor sobbing painfully... Suraj rushed by her side to soothe her but her next words shook him "Imli devi ji blackmailed me ... She said if i don't lie about Dandewali she will kill my maii" Anjor mumbled through her tears grabbing the end of Suraj's coat tightly
At that moment he was speechless and completely pale... on one side of his mind he was still broken after having watched Chakor in such a state... he might be angry at her... might lack trust in her but he can never deny the truth that his heart still beat for her... she was still the one and only love of his life no matter how stoned he gets .. he couldn't cry for the lack of emotions that swallowed his body but the pain of her getting hurt was there along with the fear of losing her forever to somewhere even he can never reach... so now when this little kid was revealing such a grand truth... a truth which meant Imli had perhaps never changed she was just soiling their eyes... that meant there's a probability of Chakor never lying... that also meant Someone in his family were spreading the dirt Chakor was talking about
"What do you mean Anjor???" He pulled back getting her to face him right in the face
On realizing she almost burst out the truth ... Anjor fearfully tried to pull away but he wasn't about to let go ... he could see the fear that evaded the little child's eyes ...it was heartbreaking no child deserves to be this traumatised and he was hell bent on reaching to the source of it... "tell me the truth... everything i promise to help you... it's really important for me Anjor...for me...and...for your dandewali" He whispered the last beat...his broken heart beating again in his chest
Anjor could see he would help her so trusting him she told him the entire truth...how Imli devi ji kidnapped her ..her mother and she must be the reason because of whom Chakor is in this state... he could almost feel his blood drain out of his body...he believed when Imli said Chakor bashed her...how???? How did he believe that? Chakor never bashed her when Imli caused her sooo much pain..going against him and Vivaan she saved Imli's life... he didn't have proof Anjor was telling the truth and to be honest he didn't think he needed it ...feeling his veins boil in anger he left Anjor in the hospital and ran to confront Imli back to the haveli
Suraj had no idea at what speed his car was right now... his mind was picking pieces from the past to Anjor's words... if Imli is still this vicious woman then 7 years back how was she??? Was Chakor aware of it??? Was Imli really the culprit for which Chakor was in this state or it's just a suicide like the wardboy said... what had he done??? he wished having had talked to her once... her mangalsutra suddenly felt heavy in his pocket at that moment... he ran to Imli's room having reached the haveli when he heard ghumaan voice "You killed her????" Ghumaan rang to Suraj's ears shocking him to core... he stayed still behind the door ...his head bursting with a sudden pain... the person he trusted in his absence ... he trusted over his love and wife
"Yes" Imli confirmed happily... a happiness which made Suraj nauseous ..."She's done...Chakor is dead...over i killed her Ghumaan Singh...OH You should have looked at her falling down that cliff to her death by my hand...her sister" She laughed like a psychopath angering Suraj further ..he was about to confront her when he heard the next words which could have caused him an attack right then and there
"Did you tell her Anjor is her Saanvi before you killed her??" Ghumaan asked with a sickening pleasure in his own heart... their long lasting enemy was dead after all clueless Saanvi's father was actually hearing this truth... with confusion... happiness..sorrow...pain blocking his entire body... Was he hearing it right??? Did he say Anjor is her Saanvi???? His tears wetting his eyes reminscing his little princess
"NO way... Chakor died knowing her Saanvi is alive but where ??? even her soul is unaware to that answer" Chakor???? Died?? Saanvi was Anjor... his entire world was spinning... he wanted to go slap the shit out of both his culprit but they weren't important to him... he wanted to see Chakor right now... he wanted to hug their daughter with her... he remembered blaming her for hurting her daughter how could he??? Perhaps Chakor loved Saanvi more than he did... she was her mother...Chakor loved stranger's child like her own then her own child??? He took away 7 years perhaps if he had stayed let her explain...let her sooth her pain and his own they would have had found their daughter already... he ran to his car and back to the hospital ... it was hard for him not to bang his car against any tree at that moment ...he climbed down his car and found Anjor sitting with her head down in the corridors ... 7 years...he missed watching his daughter grow up to this beautiful little girl...His saanvi... how could he haven't recognize... this was his blood... she was shedding tears for her own mother without knowing it... he ran to her taking her in his arms hugging her and crying for the first time since he returned back.. he allowed all his shells down vulnerable.. he cried for his daughter and for his 'wife'... wife whom he did not deserve anymore ... what will he say to Chakor if she didn't forgive him??? How will he leave with the guilt? Will his Anjor ever forgive him knowing how he treated her mother ... what if tomorrow someone does that to his daughter.. left her while she needed him the most
All those made him wish he was the one in the OT instead of Chakor... soon after they were joined by the doctor ..Suraj hadn't said a word to his daughter... he wanted Chakor to forgive him first ... he wanted to hug Saanvi with her... "Doctor how is she???" He asked eager to look at Chakor ... he wanted to erase her blood covered face from his memories but fate wanted something else
"I am sorry... she's..she's in a coma... we are not sure about anything right now" his shivery hand covered his mouth... chest ignited with flaming blazes ... his daughter was besides him mumbling and crying "Dandewali is here because of me... it's all my fault" she kept on blaming herself .. he knelt to her .. how ill fated he was... the day he finds his daughter can be the day he loses his love and it will be his fault not hers "It's not your fault Anjor it's mine" He said to the little girl determined to get the actual culprit punished "Chakor is strong... nothing to happen to her...i promise.. she will come back and scold both me and you...this time each and every of her punishment will be accepted just her stay forever with us" His view blurred out with his tears... he walked inside the room... there was she lying on the bed with life support beeping in the background.. her eyes tightly shut ... he couldn't even see her chest heaving she was just pale... at that moment he felt he didn't even have right to hold her hands in his... his heart crying to feel her breath back on her face as they talked... their time spent together rushing to his mind... it all slipped away from his hands ... he was the one to chose this... he decided this fate for both of them... he should have stayed with her... trusted her ...how could he blame Imli and Ghumaan when it was all his fault
After the officers came ... he plastered his strong face back told them all the truth with a heavy heart and planned a trap for Ghumaan and Imli... after having been on their pursuit Both Imli and ghumaan was caught red handed going to the goddown... that wrenched kidnapped her own parents... he was disgusted by Imli... she kept on victoriously complementing herself... "No matter if everything is over for me... because it is for you too Suraj... even if today you won... you still lost everything... Chakor is DEAD" She screamed at his face causing Suraj to slap her hard
"She's NOT dead" He yelled at her face but no matter how many times she was slapped Imli confidently answered "She's not but she will be and you helped me a lot in killing her" she said before being dragged away he was speechless again ... his heart darkened again in a matter of minutes
After 5 months
"papa?" Anjor walked in Suraj room
When Anjor found out How she was Suraj and Chakor's Saanvi she felt the ground slip down her feet... Suraj was there head bowed infront of her ... her mai asked her to go and hug him ... she carefully walked infront of her father...getting on knees and held his hands "You're really my papa and dandewali my mumma??" She asked slowly and watched Suraj nod his head tearfully
"I am your papa and Chakor your mumma" he confirmed audibly wishing deeply he had his Chakor besides him while wording those words.. they had found their part of each other then why weren't they still together ... she had hugged her father bravely after wipping his tears
"Papaa!!! Mumma will come back to us na?? I will get to call her mumma na??" Anjor's fears was obvious.. when Dandewali was close to her...scolded her motherly sang her lullaby she never got to call her mom and now she was yearning to get hugged by her...explain her why she lied maybe dandewali was angry at her lies thats why she wasn't waking up
Both Daughter and Father kept on blaming themselves during this 5 months they visited Chakor everyday...no matter how heartbreaking it was to talk to her ...let her know they had a surprise for her ... she still kept her eyes tightly shut...she refused to move and kept on punishing them silently... Suraj nearly beat up the Doctor when he suggested to remove the life support...'we don't see hope in her reviving...i think it'll be smart if we unplug it" he had said causing Suraj to go ballistic at him
"Goodmorning Anjor" He kissed his daughter forehead as they had breakfast... in this 5 months he learnt a lot about his daughter and the more he learnt the more he missed Chakor...she was just a perfect portray of her mother
That morning he woke up with a heavy heart so he insisted his daughter to breakfast quicker for them to go to the hospital... he has no idea how he managed 7 years without looking at Chakor... guess he was too much of a selfish person... Chakor did change the bad in him to good but Kamal Narayen's blood was still in him .. that's maybe why he didn't think twice before thinking about himself
They were disturbed by a telephone ring..."She's awake" was the response at the other end which finally broke a broad smile on Anjor's Father face and as well as hers... they ran to the car "what should we take to surprise mumma papa???" Anjor asked excitedly
"You're going to be her biggest surprise Anjor" He replied meaningfully an excitement in his own heart with her mangalsutra still in his pocket... kept safely ...trying to remove memories from his mind when she said it was a burden to her and threw it at his face... she was right doing so... he hadn't been a husband to her then why will she continue being his wife
They ran to her ward and indeed... the moment his heart was anticipating was here... he was dreading she wouldn't forgive him ... he was ready for that as long as she was fine ... he wanted to see that smile on her face on knowing Anjor was their saanvi
Chakor sat on her bed talking to her parents... she was weak to the bone... when she first woke up she felt like having ran a thousand miles without stopping ... her Maii hugged her tight crying as if she was away for years.. of course she was... but no need to cry soo much.. she hated to see her Maii in pain not now when she's fine but then their moment was broken by the door opening
Suraj at that moment expected for everything bad...but not this not when she said "Who are they maii??" she pointed at the unknown man and cute child next to him... they all looked at her like she commited a grave mistake ...or was it a mistake?
This was totally inspited by Shreeti and sumi... when i read their drafts about the show i had this continuity in my mind i hope it's good lemme knmow if i should continue it i don't want to ruin it for you guys with my crappy writing
