I think chakor's behaviour is not so surprising bcz she does not know imli's evil intention..she think imli is her well wisher and whatever imli is saying is true as imli has fully convinced chakor that suraj has tried killing her that too before the goddess...so there is no need to call the parents n other villagers

Both sukor disappoint me greatly in this track. For starters Suraj instantly believed imlis words when she said chakor ran away.Then he began to feel it might not be so when he came to know she was in Benaras. His words keep changing.sometimes he calls her a fraud and a cheater the next moment he says that might not be the case. there is one thing which I fail to understand.when initially the news of chakor running away came to him then also it took him so long to suspect kn and at that time also he fell for imlis words when she said kn is innocent despite the fact that only few days ago someone tried to kill chakor. Now when he goes to Banaras in 2 occassions he sees someone is trying to kill chakor. First the goons and second the hospital staff told him that someone has tried to murder chakor. Why didn't it occur to him that inspector might be there for chakors safety? And also he didn't even give a second thought to chakors safety. All he cared about was that chakor has moved on or not. Why did it never occur to him that he should try finding out who was trying to kill chakor? Earlier also chakor said to him she didn't want to marry him And he know she was being blackmailed. So why aren't his thoughts going on this direction that even if he chakor ran away from him there will be a reason. And why couldn't he just go confront chakor and then move on if he wants to move on for the sake of chakor. What is the use of coming from Banaras and then thinking of going again when he didn't confront her there?

^ THIS! How can Suraj think so low of Chakor? She would dump him and go get pregnant for another man seriously??? Why would he blindly believe Imli instead of flat out confronting Chakor about why she is not reaching out to him? This is why I was annoyed with her mother as well in the OLVs why are they listening to Imil? Why don't they find it suspicious that she is the only one Chakor has contacted??

Then you have Chakor how could she ever believe Suraj would want to kill her? A man who drank poison to save her life is all of a sudden someone who would turn against her? How soon she forgets Suraj and Vivaan were the ones to save her from goons. Just ridiculous writing!!!

guys would like to share one opinion here...that I feel
