i mean i thought she truly loved edward but if its edward then the person wanting her life shd be edward but that cant be becoz in the first chapter only its obvious they r getting married, and if they r actually getting married then she wd be turned into vampire pretty soon after that only.........but if thats the case it cant be edward, and i really dont want to go further in that line coz it brings me to jacob.........and that makes me more scared and sad......bella's true love has to be edward, there cant be any other option to that!!

i agree when i read the preface i had to go back and read it 2 or 3 times and then my heart started beating fast....i dont want bella and edward to separate and another thing that got me was in all the other books she never wrote the preface for the next book except this one...

and that quote "When you loved the one who was killing you, it left you no options." made me feel that maybe because she doesnt wanna marry him that the marriage might not happen...she's only marrying him for 3 reasons...she loves him, so he could turn her into a vampire and because of her desire... and that quote just knocks me off balance...so hard to freeken understand imma go mental

But lets look at it more optimistically...

She loves Jacob. Thats who she's talking abt. She's been turned into a vampire and now Jacob is after her life. Simple as that!

As much as I hate to admit it, but yea. She does love him. But looking at the preface, we can count that as a good thing! Edward wud NEVER hurt her, I'm sure of that.

I read the preface over and over again. And I kept trying to think who Bella was talking about...Edward or Jacob? At first I thought it was Edward, and it could be the moment where he was changing her...but then I thought it could be Jacob also. But why would Jacob want to kill her? So I'm absolutly confused, and I decided I'd just shut off my brain until I get the book in my hands on August 2nd 😆 😆

^He DID say he wud rather have her dead than a vampire. So it wudnt be surprising if it was him

Bt i dont think whoever it is , either Jacob or edward, will actually hurt her. She will be saved in the last momeny (And perhaps this time it wont be Edward who will have to make a last moment entry, i.e. she would be capable of doing something herself
