If Malhar wants her away from the Deshmukhs, then I hope he doesn't know about Swavek's marriage, it isn't in his character to let something like this happen to his sister, and the only person for whom he'd have given into a blackmail and not interfered in Swara's matters only recently reappeared alive after 5 yrs. I hope he simply knows about Vivek's illegal money and doesn't want her to get further hurt seeing most of her family so different from how she remembers it and Anu back to being AS' katputli.

That can be one among several reasons why he takes that medicines.

The medicines I think he may have had some kind of mental breakdown right after Moksh and Kalyani's deaths... watching both your lifelines die one after the other in front of your eyes can break even the strongest person. That may be also part of the reason for his demotion.

If he knows about Swara's situation, that must have only worsened his situation, as well as knowing that Anu has reverted back to being AS's puppet... he may blame himself for both of their situations, because before Nal's death AS was shown being fine and getting along with both women, but soon as her grandson died, she reverted back to her hateful self who will use and abuse anyone for revenge.

Add to that the pain of Kalyani/Pillu's loss and now the anger of knowing Kalyani thinks he shot her and never bothered to get in touch with him for 5 yrs in spite of being alive.

Seeing how Swara is the only one in that house to care for Anu, I wonder if AS used none other than Anu to make Swara accept this marriage to Vivek and act like she is happy with it and all, maybe telling her that this is the only way Anu will be allowed to stay in that house or that otherwise they'll make Anu's life hell. Swara may have succumbed to her blackmailing just like she once did to Asavari's,to protect a loved one. And Anu is probably also threatened with the fact that if she doesn't obey to AS' orders, Swara will pay for it. And now AS will soon use Kalyani to blackmail Anu as well.

I agree with you guys, there’s kind of a disconnection with Kalyani and Malhar both. I don't think it’s the acting or anything, both SehReem are getting into these characters slowly and surely and the pooja scene today where Kalyani finds out about Malhar’s marriage was really good acting/expression/body language wise and so was the soul scene. I think the script and these post leap epis were very very rushed. They should’ve showed Malhar, Kalyani and Anu etc separately for a 2-3 epis atleast for us to get used to where their characters are at this point and what they’re going through. But instead they literally gave us a reunion in the first episode 🤔 it was just so weird one epi they’re literally confessing their love to each other and the next they’re facing each other in a mental assylum after 5 yrs the rushed pace and scripts are the primary reason for this weird disconnect and somewhere due to this SehReem aren’t able to do their best 😒 and there’s a weird vibe to some scenes. But there was a significant leap so it’s to be expected i guess and SehReem are amazing actors and soon we’ll be able to see them in their full form for sure once these rushed epis clear up looking forward to the reconnecting of KalMa’s raabta and also Moksh’s entry

I mean real wife would have realized her husband plights and brought him out by now I mean she is 5-6 months pregnant toh uthne mahine se Malhar ke saath hogi na rahte

Agree, Gayu di.... I think once things with Kalyani are sorted out, he'll come out of this depression pretty quick because she'll actually put the effort in making him better, plus just having by his side will make him feel better.
