Malhars plan was to fake shoot divya so that trilok comes out I felt beacuse he ws pointing gun at divya before shoot
To avoid risk I think he didn't put bullets at all in that gun it was a drama only.
So that's why he was showing gun to kalayni also just to make her shut up
But gun fired but I think he first felt galti se bullet rah gaya gun mei
But investigation huva hoga I feel they would have found the gun empty and didn't fire at all
