I don't think he drugged Anu. I think maybe, maybe he's trying to protected her now that she's lost her memories.

I have not been watching the episodes but Gayu was telling me that Atharva was scared when Kalyani when to hug Anu. So maybe he did to separate them and Kaka is taking advantage of the situation/trying to protect Kalyani. But in any case, only Anu knows the full truth at this point cause of what Kalyani and Malti told her but she's not able to peice together the information until the last moment.

Before this pregnancy drama started, both KalMa started suspecting that they have a new enemy that's playing a big game with them so I'm sure next week they I'll investigate Mastani Bai and maybe conclude that she is their new enemy, but no way they will realize Atharva is Mastani Bai.
