There is no medication like that, but I have faith that the CVS will make something up.

I am 100% sure they cannot and will not sure Reem pregnant. I just don't know a lot 17 year old actresses that would want be shown pregnant and play a mother. And plus 2 kids on the set? And plus that would ruin the UNIQUE raabta that Pillu and Kalyani have.

That's why I'm saying they'll make up some fake medical science to get our of this shitty track that they built. Also the reason she swore on Pillu was to convince Malhar who thought she was lying but she DOES think she is pregnant.

Atharva has always been a villian that doesn't reveal his full plans. He would make her think she is pregnant just to fulfill his plans. And he knows she will fight to prevent an abortion, and potentially get kicked out. But think about this, what if there was no child to begin with? Then she would look even worst, like she lied about the entire thing.
