Hello my TSMSP family!! It was so funny my hubby and I ended up in a conversation of gender equality...he said "I don't understand why women always say that we can do everything that men can do?..it's not possible always...like can they walk without a shirt on the road!...so me just like Kanak said really women should be treated like a human being first and then I said see this is the same discussed in my favorite show where Kanak argues with Uma that he can treat a women since she is only a patient and a human being but Uma our hero says that is against his dharma as he cannot touch par stri.(another women)...GUESS what my hubby said that he absolutely agrees with Uma's thinking it's very difficult to think like that...and I kept on arguing like Kanak " a Doctor is a Doctor and hubby says "it's not easy to think like that!!...I was so surprised that somebody who has lived in USA for almost 20+ years can think like this!! ...I was shocked!! 😆...I immediately said that you are so much like Uma...and hubby just rolled his eyes!! 😉 ..
that's exactly what I told my hubby that there should be no comparison as each of hem have their own unique contribution to the nature...
@SACH GIRL..uma not treating/touching women patient is not acceptable as a doctor but for non professional its acceptable.Me, serving as a doc on other face of the earth, first thing we were thought in our class is to eliminate the gender barrier when it comes to rx...cuz you will see person in pain and you know how you can rx the pain.I agree, women can't do things what men do neither, men can't do things what women do.they both are unique in their own way and absolutely no match.if we compare to men or women to men..its a disrespect. when there is no match where is question of competition and why?My Hubby also sounds like uma sometimes when i complain about workload.I used to get upset and go arguing in all direction about women & her dignity. My poor umaðŸ˜..used to remain silent listening😆..now, i feel..yes..its a self exploitation😛
yes!! Actually when I started watching the show...I could see some of my hubby in Uma..but now I connect the dots! 😉Originally posted by: desigal2017
