Is Uma so popular?

The recent arrest promo starts with a reporter saying Ladno's famous doctor Uma Shankar got arrested for blah blah blah. Okay I buy that Uma is famous in Ladno. But is he so popular to have so many media and news reporters reporting his arrest? I find it kind of exaggerating. And why is Kanak still wearing mangalsutra and sindoor? Guess they are trying to show her mixed feelings. But after what happened before, the mangalsutra and sindoor seem irregular. And Vedansh and otherserves, why are they not asking Kanak to put those off?

He is definitely popular in Ladnun. But they didn't show media at his marriage ok we get it as it was unplanned one.

I still believe that the arrest is not real. It might be an imagination or something. Too odd to bring a arrest of a main character at this stage in the show.

Actually you see one channel pick it up, and then all news channels pick it up. We see this in real life as well.

How crimes of people from small towns and villages are covered by all the channels suddenly because viewers are interested in watching. That's why so much media :D
