i agree... there arent that many good films out there this year.. i, myself, havent seen a lot of films this year so far... but the ones i have , i liked them!

i watched tara rum pum, shoot out at lokhandwala and cheeni kum so far this year and i liked all three of these films! especially Shootout at Lokhandwala!

and then a film called jhoom barabar jhoom is also releasing, i think its about to release, or has it released? 😕 .. but that also seems to be a good one! 😊

agreed w/ everyone; trrp was nice n sweet, but i'm not sure i liked the thigns that movie-makers have been trying..if u know what i mean, like..trying NEW things. it kind of kills the art of hindi cinema. i luv movies from some years back, like veer-zaara, hahk[hum aapke hain kaun],kuch kuch hota hai, kkkg. those r like the classics. we need more of those!
p.s.- didn't like--> shootout @ lokhandwala

Do watch Bheja Fry, Cheeni Kum and Shootout. All three are wonderful films, with Cheeni Kum sitting a lot lighter on the shoulders and Bheja Fry giving the ultimate laugh doses. Shootout is a bit too violent for my taste, but it's good.

i agree hindi movies simply have no story most of the time. ive only been to see 2/3 this past year. the last one was tara rum pum which was alright. i miss movies like kkhh and mohobbatein. kank was also gd even though most of you will probably disagree

If you want to watch some really good cinema, then you must watch Cheeni Kum and Shootout they are by far the best movies of this year so far. Especially Cheeni Kum, it was a refreshing experience, the cast, story direction everything was absolutely fantastic 👏 👏
