Nashik MNC Jihad: Islamists in senior roles pressured Hindu juniors to convert, offer namaz; 9 complaints out.

The company is public; it is TCS.

The case, now under active investigation by the Nashik Police, has led to the registration of at least nine complaints, each detailing serious allegations against several employees, including team leaders and senior staff.

The complaints, covering the period from 2022 to early 2026, paint a troubling picture of a workplace environment where multiple women employees faced repeated harassment, intimidation, and humiliation.

The accused include Danish Sheikh, Tausif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Shafi Sheikh, Asif Ansari, and others, whose names appear across multiple FIRs.

What is most scary is that more people have come out saying that in their companies too these things are happening, worse is, many are various MNCs.

government should form a enquiry committee to investigate if such type of misconducts are happening in other companies as well

Basically it's not just the extremists (terrorists) but also the so called 'moderates' (involving women & minors) who are involved in such nefarious activities and proselytisation. That is why we need to beware of each one of them.

TCS is not an isolated case. Has been happening many places elsewhere too. Lulu mall in Lucknow was also in news for such allegations. There are many others cases like this for ex.

Kudos to those 7 lady police women who worked undercover to expose this corporate jihad. 👍

The details of exploitation are horrifying yet the champions of humanity will remain tight lipped in this case. Imagine the hue & cry if the victims and perpetrators were of opposite religion.

I have worked in call center, though I was in corporate so not actually worked with the actual people in operations, being a part of POSH, I met many of them opening.

many mangers there are exactly so they think they are some supreme boss and can make any random subordinate do everything they want.

This religious angle is scary but remaining part it's not shocking

Yes.. we should just get past the distinction between extremist and moderates within their community.. Unless someone openly comes out and condemns such activities, all should be treated as extremists by the society and should be boycotted as much as possible..
