It's bogus and will increase the Brain Drain process further. Now-a-days the # of students/young kids flying/swimming/exiting out of India is ALL TIME HIGH. That'd only increase if this continues. While people at their 30's right now might STILL be okay to give in to the system and try to make it work, with exposure to western countries, their work-life balance situations etc., millennials are going to run out of the country like ASAP.

Murthy can try that with his own son first. In a social media post, a Bengali leader Garga Chatterjee who studied with Rohan Murthy in the USA Harvard and stayed in the same hostel, already mentioned how Rohan himself doesn't follow that. No one will. Especially the younger gen.

Only people under BPL index, 100-days-contractor-labours and VERY poor people would follow this, and in fact they already do. They have no life outside work and no leader is looking out for them.
