People are not machines

They need time to focus on hobbies, family, friends, sleep and leisure

I bet he expects 70 hrs a week from employees at Infosys. I would be surprised if his own kids work 70 hrs a week. Daughter makes millions from dividends of Infosys.

They should work 70 hrs/week but for just a couple years & for themselves so they don't have to deal with Slave drivers like this guy. There's so many opportunities today, your skills should be making money for yourself....not corporates.

I agree. You hear this from rich people, who want to exploit workers. There are so many people that are poor in this world and forced to work 70 hrs or more a week just to survive.

Heard that's how they used to work in S. Korea up until recently.

He says "India's work productivity is one of the lowest in the world"
