After triangle there are so many "namesake" marriages in this show.

1) Ninad Ashwini

2) Samrat Patralekha

3) Sai Virat (then things changed between them don't want to talk about it because that lead to another disaster)

4) Virat Patralekha (one sided namesake)

5) Sai Satya (wanted it to be the real one from day 1)

Vinayak will any day choose Patralekha over Sai. And seeing Virat's harkatein, I think the boy will feel that his mother is being replaced. So Sai will be forced to take a step that will firmly keep away Virat (not that VC stays away from married women). And Satya will be emotionally blackmailed by his family (most probably). May be one of them will fall sick (classic ITV trope). So SaiYa will enter a marriage of convenience.
