A FRIDAY - HOUSEFULL for every film in my CITY

This is insane. There is not a single ticket available for any big films running in my city, Chandigarh(also surrounding suburbs).

It is not just for big films, all films are almost running at 95-100% occupancy.

Rate 75 has clicked big time.

Every show is HOUSEFULL. Is it happening in your city as well?

Maine toh kal hi yeh thread banaya tha na.  It is insane, I have never seen such a phenomenon earlier. Could have never imagined not getting tickets for a nice multiplex movie like Chup, I have literally watched such movies in the theater along with 4-5 people in the audience.  Once the collections come and then looking at how the whole weekend fares in tier 1 cities, there will be a lot of introspection over the ticket pricing, because the dynamic is pretty darn interesting.

I saw almost same scenario in london too despite of Queen's death. Hindi movies had and having very good hold all over. But some people are always in denial. They are not ready to believe films are doing well.

everyone wants to watch in 75rs

Brahmastra should make around 10+ cr today.But this will impact Saturday,Sunday collections.The net gain could be around 5 crores in the final total.

210cr  lifetime is still on (Hindi)

Dhoka, everything everywhere all at once, Avatar, Sita Ram are housefull, Brahmastra and another movie only few seats available in my city (Bhubaneswar)
