If she indeed stole 17 crores from his bank account, it would be easy to prove because there would be a paper trail showing exactly where the money went.

What's going to be hard to prove is that Sushant was disapproving of it. People keep talking about him opening companies in Rhea's name but guess what, it can't happen without his consent. There would be lawyers and accountants involved who would have overseen the whole thing.

Look, people don't like accepting it but many people get taken in by the person they are sleeping with. If Sushant signed papers willingly, there's nothing anyone can do about it.

The fir states *threatened*.

Just like we don't know if he had his consent or was threatened. Or manipulated.

I know he was not a kid but he definately trusted her.

She is not booked for murder.

Trolls are never justified. Never ever.

All those who have given her rape threats or death threats should be charged.

We are nobody to declare anyone guilty.

But his family has all the rights.

Along with her , 4 others are under it too.

As far as I know , Sushant wasn't by.

He wasn't sleeping with his friends.

Hate to say this but she got this upon herself. I remember no one even remembered her when the news came in of his death. It was only when the Bhatt camp and her PR  started releasing those articles. She didn't even come out to speak against what was being said by her friends against her dead boyfriend who wasn't here to defend himself anymore and that was what pushed people against her.

However, some of the trolling she has been facing is quite nasty and it shouldn't be done. People on both sides have lost their sense of civility and even basic humanity - the rape threats she got were not done at all.

Unfortunately for her, she didn't help her cause at all with those articles and now that the family has filed an FIR (they have every right to do that without being termed her tormentors as they have lost the most in this entire episode) it all looks like she knew this day would come. She seems to have a solid support system and hopefully will be fine. But, it is imperative that the truth comes out if there any left in this world now.

She cannot "threaten" a grown man to give her his money. Things like this don't happen in isolation. At most, she can use his credit card to buy some clothes or something like that through threats. You cannot create entire companies like that. That would involve many other people including lawyers, accountants, and managers. Celebrities have many people on their team who are there to look out for their financial interests. 17 crores is a huge amount of money to just exchange hands like that.

If Sushant was willing to start businesses with his girlfriend, it would be his choice no matter whether his parents or anyone else likes it or not.

No person should be bullied or abused. What did rhea gained by doing this? Did she thought due to Bhatt connections she will get away with it? If the allegations is true then she has just ruined her career.

Absolutely!

I have read people saying the reason why she didn't say anything about schezophrenia allegation because there was a possibility of it being true and how is fans are finding mental health a disgrace to him (God only knows how it is been concluded)

Why aren't they coming here and saying yes there is a possibility of her being guilty and hence family has said such strong things against her and his friends!

People here would have been so proud if she would have filed a defamation case against his family. They would have said it was about time.

But apparently two sides of a coin story is only applicable to Sushant and rhea's case coin always have single side that states she is as innocent as a toddler.

Hypocrisy

What are you talking about? It is still suicide, not murder. His father's FIR still mentions mental health and his treatments- whether induced by someone or genuine is questionable as per the FIR- but it is mentioned.

He has also stated that it is filed in Bihar because he has not been keeping well since SSR's death and he cant keep running to Mumbai because of it.

Take a look at the video leaked that reveals the height of 4 feet above the bed. Where supposedly a man of 6 feet hung himself. His father was not there to see that.

So you are calling out his father.

These are not my statements.

FIR states she threatened.

Also, you must not be aware of how world works if you think grown men can't be threatened.

Even though I dislike her and find her shady I didn't really go on Social media to bully her. In fact I am totally against people sending death and rape threats ( but that is something which can't really be controlled as world is filled with vile assholes). She was his partner and was living with him so it's obvious that she would be the first one under radar ( his family disliking her is also a big proof that she isn't as innocent as she may seem).

PS: If something like this would have happened to her then even Sushant would have been treated the same way.
