Was reading abt Abul Fazl...so basically Abul Fazl was against making Salim as emperor. Salim wud order to get him killed n his head is brought to Salim as proof.

Salim had plotted to kill Akbar as he had been waiting to become the emperor for a very long time. Infact he has made more than one attempt in this regard as he became desperate for the throne. On one occasion when Akbar was in the Deccan campaign, his trusted friend Abul Fazl came to know of this conspiracy to kill Akbar and he warned the emperors against his son. Akbar sent Abul fazl to put some sense into Salim as he felt his son was in bad company- Abul fazl went and was killed by the king of Orchha( near Jhansi) who had personal enmity against Akbar and thus decided to help Salim in this case - enemy's enemy is friend. Infact Abul Fazl was salim's teacher and that's why he felt Salim would show him that respect and listen to his good advice but unfortunately that was not to be.Edited by Ginger2010 - 5 years ago

How come no one has come up with shahzahan luvstory on tv😆 ..pls correct me if im wrong...It hasnt shown on tv yet right??

shahjehan was such a ruthless,cruel man yet he is remembered only for the taj mahal which again had a cruel history
