Today, the raging trend is the recreation of regional super hit songs. The last time this happened was when the music duo Ajay- Atul composed Chikni Chameli for Dharma Productions Agneepath. The song had the same tune as that ofKombdi, which was the original composition of the same duo from the Marathi movie Jatra. And this time, yet again the duo has chosen to repeat this action for Dharma's next film Brothers.
Ajay-Atul have composed a track titled Merry Mary for the film. According to our sources, the song is aped from Ye Go Ye Ye Maina which is the original composition of the duo for the Marathi film Jatra, yes, the same one from which evenChikni Chameli sought inspiration. Apparently, the lyrics of the song are something like " Mera Naam Mary Hai, Mary Sau Taka De Rahi Hai. The song has been choreographed by Ganesh Acharya who last made Katrina dance to Chikni Chameli. Kareena Kapoor Khan has been roped in to do the scintillating dance number in the film. The song will also feature one of the lead, Sidharth Malhotra. Bebo with the help of her seductive dance moves will be seen mesmerising and wooing Sidharth.
Post her marriage to Saif Ali Khan, Kareena seems to have limited herself to commercial films, sometimes as the leading lady, and at other times, in a cameo for her friends. While her last film was Rohit Shetty's Singham Returns, her last cameo was in Happy Ending. She will also be seen doing a cameo in Gabbar is Back, post which she'll be seen in the item number Merry Mary. Kareena had set the screens blazing with her dance moves in Fevicol Se from Dabangg 2, and now we have yet another song on its way which will soon strike a joyous chord amongst Kareena's fans worldwide.
The news of Bebo's item number has already stormed tinsel town and everybody is waiting to see the promised hot and sizzling avatar of Kareena. Rumouredly high on the hotness quotient, the song will be an issue of debate as to whether it outdoes Kareena's Fevicol Se performance.
