4th Day Monday Box Office Collection Of HASEE TOH PHASEE

''Hasee Toh Phasee'' released among good reviews as expected. Film had not so great day one but film registered tremendous growth on Saturday followed by very good Sunday. Now film is quite steady on weekdays and looks to finish good week one.

HASEE TOH PHASEE Holds Well On Monday

Film had very average day one and collected 4.90 cr nett. Film had good growth across the table in almost every circuit due to very low numbers on Friday. Film managed fantastic numbers on Saturday and Sunday. Film collected 18 cr nett plus over weekend.

Film had decent Monday and Gurgaon, Mumbai and Mysore held up very well. Film has collected approximately 2.70 cr nett on Monday taking 4 day total to 21 cr nett plus. Film will collect close to 27-28 cr nett in week one but big release ''Gunday'' might curtail lifetime business around 31-33 cr nett.

Oh wow, the film is going steady as of now. Hope it sustains as its a nice
Movie with many great moments. A good film should always get appreciation and encouragement.

One of the best scenes of the movie imo. Nikhil character was really caring and may be the only person other than Meeta father, who truly cared for her.He never judged her like abnormal or unusual though his gf nd other people said so. And the portrayal of Nikhil by Sidhartn Malhotra made it more endearing. I got super impressed by him as I never sww Soty.

Reposting my review from RSM thread:

Watched Hansee Toh Phasee over the weekend.

Really liked it! It was uniquely directed and presented. There was no show-sha or unnecessary dhoom-dharakka, even though some plot points had the potential to appear certainly clichd in those ways. A good directing debut, Vinil!

Now...OMG! Pari! Pari! Pari!

She is a star!!!! I can't express my liking towards her in enough words. She gave out so many fantastic scenes...Meeta is NOT Zoya or the LVRB's character. Meeta is very subdued and played with much subtleness. The last scene where she is crying at the airport through her sunglasses, then completely breaks down in the bathroom and then when she meets Nikhil...oh God, it felt so real, you can feel her heartbreak. And that, my friends, is how you completely connect even your most 'outlandish' characters to the audience.

Manoj Joshi, ie. Meeta's father deserves a super special mention! His confrontation scene with Meeta touched me the most in the movie. I've always seen him play funny/crazy characters so this movie just showed me a whole new chapter to his acting chops. I could feel a sudden lump in my throat ... really, no one can love you like a parent does!

And now, Siddharth M! There is so much improvement from your SOTY days, you finally seem to be a bit more relaxed and comfortable in this environment. Those eyes do so much talking... good going! Just keep improving, the competition is tough ahead!

The film overall had its fair share of cliches, but downplaying them and the lack of exaggeration and over-dramatisation really does it some good! The story was not relatable, it were the characters, their relations and interactions that were. I'm already in love with Ishq Bulava, Zehnaseeb, and Manchala...they were nicely incorporated but, the songs are good to listen to on their own. Good job, VS!

PS: Siddy boy, please dump that fade pink lipgloss...its eww! Your lips are nice enough as it is, but if you insists, then just use a more natural shade! :P
