2) Its most definitely hasn't been leaked by her. Nobody would go this far. The Riya Sen MMS looks like Alok Nath's parvachan compared to this video. They presume it to be leaked by her former manager, who was recently canned and now works for Veena Malik.
3) Should've played the 'breach of privacy' card instead of the 'fake video' card. Now they've just lost all credibility and no matter what they say won't be taken at face value.
