First up the concept. Rape. Law. Crime. Punishment. Pain. Justice. Revenge. Sanaa, you are great seriously, i don't anyone would've come up with a concept like this! I've seen some concepts on rape but not in this way or the way you write. This concept is so brutal yet it happens everyday in our lives to so many people and we don't realise it. It is really serious, and rape, that changes someones life completely, which you have mirrored perfectly in Riddhima's character. Rape isn't some small thing, it's huge, it affects people in every way and destroys leaving scars. I detest people who could do such a sinful deed. It's disgraceful.

The way you desribed Riddhima's character is so detailed, i can imagine what she is going through, and how you made her character is exactly how it shold be. Someone who has been through rape, can't just get over it, they might move on but they can't forget it, it's a permanent scar cast upon them. How she smiles around her friends i feel like it's like she's doing it for their sake but also a bit for herself, it's like she's trying to make herself laugh at their jokes, trying to make herself happy, be happy, but she's trying too hard that it's not working. It's not something that can happen, the pain gradually goes away (for some) and then they can try to be happy without forcing it upon themselves, when they feel like they can forget it and let it go, then they can truly try to be happy, before then it's just fake. The nightmare's she has, again expected, she's been through a traumatic experience she is mentally and emotionally weak when she thinks of it and half the time she can't help but think of it, but that's how it's supposed to be, it's normal. When she didn't accept his apology i was actually glad, i would've hated her if she did. He treated her harshly, she shouldn't forgive him easily. But i feel like theres another reason too like she's scared to let someone else get the weak side of her and use it against her, like she's scared? But is it to anyone or just men, or even just Armaan? Also being around the person who raped you, that's the worst of all (obviously not as bad as being raped). It reminded me of a TV show called Hollyoaks (dont know if you watch it lol) but the way the victims behave in front of the rapist, i wish i could help them. The pain Riddhima must feel seeing him there in front of her, free (for now) and not paying for his crime, for hurting her in every way. But she handles it quite well, she doesn't break down in front of him, she tries to show her strong side but it's difficult since he's already seen her weak side. That is her weakness. She's quite a strong character but she has her torn moments which is good because you need to cry after events like these or it's unhealthy plus it shows she's not one of those people who try to be completely emotionless.

Okay i admit when i first read it i thought the guy that raped her was Armaan and i started bashing him in my head but when i read he was the lawyer... viedfgcdf, what a way to shock someone! I wasn't expecting that, i'm too used to Armaan being nice to her in FF's rather than interrogating her lol. But i don't know whether i like his character or not, it's too soon to decide. Oh and by the way, i hate lawyers. They are supposed to keep the law intact but they break it themselves, by defending criminals even when they know they are guilty just to win a case, and it's kind of funny how i wanted to be one of those kind of people. I wonder when Armaan finds the truth, what he will do, i'm pretty sure he will drop out of the case knowing his character but let's not forget he's a lawyer :P His character was unexpected, i never seen a lawyer who wold apologise for doing his job, especially to his opponent. And how he attracted to her, or moree like to her behaviour, it's not normal. Normally lawyers stay away from them and just focus on their client, it shows how different Armaan is and how he doesn't go by the rules or his rules. But he also has a vulnerability, he says to Sahil he doesn't need to do his case, then why is he is he hates him? Like he said he doesn't need it, then why? For his reputation? Cause he doesn't want to admit defeat? He is a very secretive character in a way, him and Riddhima both are.

Rahul and Muskaan are the sweetest friends ever, but what they are doing is what any other friend should and would do. They are there to protect and support her from any harm, becase they love her. Also to no let her go through all that again, they may even feel guilty for not being there then for her. It's normal, you feel guilty seeing your loved ones in pain, even though it's not yuor fault. I hope Rahul wins the case.

The way you've written the story , its not tough to imagine what Riddhima must have gone through. Her nightmares proving the extent at which she has been shattered. But I love how you've portrayed her character to be o strong, I too felt like saluting her for the confidence and strength she has. I love Armaan's character too here, a little different but yet very well written by you. He is a professional but something in the story makes me believe that he will question the truthfulness of the same profession for the girl he is unknowingly begin to respect everyday, be in awe of her and probably even love her.

I LOVE the concept and sincerity with which you've portrayed each character here.

Can't wait for the next bit :D
