I have only started looking at indian soaps for a few months now hence the reason i havent seen your posts, but yeah i once talked about the fact that dev and radhika seemed like an off screen couple based on a video clip i had seen ( where they were very touchy at some event cant remember which), i was almost torn apart on that thread, they didnt use a little bit of diplomacy in replying to me, you could have sworn those people were wolves, I myself realized then that they were obsessed with radev.

I think so too.....she is a natural, boy could she sway those hips. dont recall seeing radhika dancing like that.

Sometimes these days, I feel they are kind of dragging out the story until they find a suitable solution to whole separation track... but by doing so they are creating many more problems. In the end (of this track, and who knows when that will come) they will make everything happy-happy and probably will also conveniently forget a lot of key things that happened throughout the separation track that would realisticallykeepArchana and Manavapart.

The story right now sounds kind of like a dramatic comedy film sometimes. On one side we have an injured Archana who still thinks of Manav as some God, on the other side we have Shravani who is pregnant with Sachin's child but having delightful daydreams about her impending marriage to her dead fiance's brother, and in the middle we have a confused Manav who now essentially has two wives. I think its about time BT went into doing comedy serials, they'd be good at it and have lots of practice in making people laugh.

Agree about the comedy part . I posted THE SINDOOR SCENE especially in that vein coz i found the nonsense unbearable . At such times i unwind with comic relief . Did u see that scene ? It was the most comical scene in this serial .

I am already feeling stretched without writing anything and only reading some nice ones. My peers [read friends and elder condescending cousins] were showing amazement at my interest here while wanting me to be involved with only nonfiction. Of course I have stopped explaining my gains.

I acknowledge Ankita's sharper features but her hairstyle in this song was bothering me little [Her simple one in PR is so well complimenting her lovely forehead] while Radhika was looking very calm and composed beside beauteous.But I was content at gathering beauty's two different manifests. I don't know much about the character so can not comment there.

Manav cannot be exonerated by comparing him with Damodar ........as Damodar is a side character who will not be given detailed shots in this serial .

Did Manav put blanket or Damodar ?Did Manav give milk or Damodar ? Cannot be the quibbling here . Understanding the fact that Damodar , Manohar , Kaka r side characters , we really cannot expect much detail from them . But yes , what we can expect is the GENERAL DRIFT .

And the general drift that has come across my dear , is that Damodar has stood by Archana and wants her in that house much more than Manav does want her . Even u cannot dispute this ........no one can .

A pavitra Rishta or a sacred relation is one that withstands rough times and doesnt break . With whom from the sasuraal section does Archana have such a relation ? Ask yourself this simple question .

The answer is ........Damodar . The jail beating , the death of Sachin , Archana leaving home , nothing has changed his relation with her . U say that he doesnt stand up for Archu as often .........but whatever standing up for Archu is done , is done by him only . It is sometimes drowned by his wife son jodi but it at least comes from his heart ............Manav actually does tidbits for 'INsaaniyat ' sake and goes around telling people that , which is disgusting .

Damodar wants Archu coz he wants HER ALONE , not for Insaaniyat sake . Archu is his choice , he didnt put his chips on Shravni inspite of her carrying Sachin's child ..........thats the greatness of his character and thats what makes the relation sacred .

Remember one thing .........Damodar should want Sachins child even more than Manav .........Damodar is his father and Sachin was his his baby once , whom he lost . If Archus relation with him survives even that , well then the relation means something .

Details of rest of family members are not given on Archnas painful nite but Damodar was shown sitting by her bedside during daytime when Sulochna and family arrived .

I think the slap for Manav will surely come from Damodar only . It will be somewhere along the end of this 3 month stay when Archu fyi leaves the house . I do hope they put in a dialogue by Damodar saying

" My daughter , uptill today I called u daughter but was behaving like a father in law , selfishly , coz i badly wanted u as MY BAHU . But today I am only telling u to go and never return , go and focus on ur studies and job . Today Im being real father coz I wud have advised Vandita the same . There is nnothing left for u here now , and u have suffered enough . Go dear ."

TRPS will rise when Manav gets a slap from Damodar .

These PR creatives are really bent upon spoiling the show with a second irrepairable mistake of Manav-Shravani's engagement (the first mistake being the highly despised Sindoor scene....)

they could have saved the charm of the showfor a year atleast(June '09-June '10)

Kool ,I don't blame Damodar for still pushing Archana towards Manacv . he knows she is one in a million and his son is damn lucky to get a wife like this and even more unlucky to let her go for such stupid reasons .

he just does not want manav to loose a girl like Archu .

Tanya Damodar is very sensible and very focussed on his goal and knows what he wants , how to get it. He wants Archana inside his house as his bahu , bas .That is his clear cut goal . He knows she is one in a thousand , and she will make his son very happy . So he is absolutely focussed on getting her back .Savita is also focussed in same way , but on Shravani .

And thats the way one shud be in life . If ur not like that , u dont get anything . If Damodar decides to be a saint and tell archana to go focus on studies etc , he knows he will lose that possibility forever so currently he is quiet . He knows , the situation is electric and it can still turn and change and he is damn well gonna have a shot at it . Now thats called fighting and not giving up and i cannot but help admire the spunky old alcoholic . It is Manav who is being the stupid loser here .
