Dev Team are not Gods, we are normal human beings too, who can sometimes make mistakes. If you feel that we have done something wrong, or we could improve what we can do, you can contact us or PM the DT member you have questions about. DT is all ears, as they themselves are looking for points to improve. As Shabo24 pointed out, there can be a lot of discussion done, without bashing. The DT don't raise WL's for no reason, there has to be a strong reason.

For a Dev Team being biased, we can't be biased. Yes, we can like a certain character from the show, because we have our likes/dislikes too and we very well share it with you guys, but while coming to the moderating part, we have to be totally unbiased, and look at the evidence and facts, rather then what we feel.

I did not use any abusive language against the member, and yes I do understand what was said could have upset the member, but then again different people think differently. There have been a hand full of members who believe that what the member did was far more insulting than what I replied. With that note the DT have to weigh up both sides before taking action, and that was done.

@: Neha - You were mocking the Dev Team, which is clearly unacceptable and making fun of a warning that was given. The warning was placed because of a reason, and you twisted the words in such a sarcastic way, that it sounded rude to whoever that was reading and to all those who reported it.

@DramaholicVibes- Since everything is out in the open in this forum anyways.. I would rather you please give me a "valid" reason for raising my WL and then NOT bringing it down. By saying "you should be ashamed" you were CLEARLY attacking my character and the way I was raised by my family.. So in every sense you were not just personally attacking me but my family as well who you don't know... And fine if my WL is not taken down then yours should be raised for saying something like that to a fellow member too... I apologize for my warning "SPOOF" not Bashing or Mocking but "spoof" Does it make it ok now?? So please take down my WL unless you agree to the double standards and the godly image/blinded by power that us members are accusing you for.

Do you guys have common Sense? There are 4 Main Leads to the Show (6 in real), so how can you say a creative is favouring 1 and not the other. If PD didn't like Sajan, they wouldn't be in the show. Don't you get it?

And yes, members get rude too, there's several verbal assaults and indirect bashing, but it's hardly ever base-less.

But I guess the real target is US, for, we as the moderators must set an example for the rest, and by particularly targeting specific members publicly, we aren't helping the image. This is what has instigated the anger within several present in this thread.

Once again, put yourself in their shoes and read the views. You'll know why I'm still standing in the middle instead of skipping over to defend Mods.

Even you are aware and so are we that the Creative Jannat has got tons of warnings before. From Gagan, Preeti, GMs and also Sachin. Did anyone ever try to pacify their mistakes?

You might say I'm blinded with the power so therefore I speak in such a way, but no. In fact I dislike raising warning levels or going around leaving such warnings for members, but we have to do it. If we had always been calm would you have followed the rules? This has been proven wrong in the past therefore the development team has to tighten their levels of being strict.

We've received several complainants against your IPL Thread and also the Janat, but we always give you guys another chance since we believe you will improve in the way you post. But do you?

Your Question about GMs getting involved, well you'll be surprised to know that nobody has told me to speak in such a way or in that fact even post here. I choose to do so on my own will.
