I dnt think thr is any love angle between menka and vrun. Perhaps varun deserved the promotion which menka got due to his family problems. Bcoz of that cldnt concentrate on work properly. Menka must have been varun's close friend but perhaps after teh promotion he though that menka moved up pushing him aside. She took advantage of wat all was happening in his personal life.

i thnk menka and varun were close frnds and thn menka luved varun par varun luved roma and mariid her.... so thn menka mite have tld varun she luvz him par no use so continied wid just frndz par thy mite have confided everythng 2 eachother....
