Continues from Friday. Flashback: A young Sandhya with her mom and newborn sister at the hospital. Mother asks Sandhya if her father had come and Sandhya says she had looked everywhere but couldnot find him. The doctor comes and asks her to settle the bill and gives her one more day or she will be thrown out. Next day the nurse tells Sandhya's mother to go and find $2000 for bills and take Sandhya as she will keep her there until bills are paid. Sandhya's mother pleads with the nurse and finally the nurse allows her to take Sandhya.

Sandhya and her mother carrying her new born sister walk in the pouring rain. Suddenly mom gets chest pain and they sit under a tree. Sandhya's mother collapses. A lady passing by in a car takes them with her. Sandhya's mother dies and the lady adopts Sandhya and her sister and promises to bring them up as her own.

Sandhya tells Soma off for not caring for his wife and children, and for coming after 20 years to look for her. Soma says he is sorry and that he could not. Sandhya is not moved and tells him to stop the drama and leave. Soma is not able to say anything.

Kasthuri looks for a saree to wear and takes out the green saree and has flashback of Kavya telling her to take it off. Kasthuri puts back the saree and takes one of her own. Kavya who has been watching, goes to the closet and takes out the saree. She goes to Kasthuri and asks her to wear the saree and says sorry forbeing rude to her before. Kasthuri hugs Kavya. THODARUM.

Kasthuri and Thiru goe to Sandhya's house and tell her about hte wedding on Friday 18th(they said next Friday - so which next friday? There are 52 Fridays in a year!) and leave. After they leave, Sandhya goes to her sister Sophia's photo and flashback - Thiru asking Simi to go with him to Singapore but Simi refuses saying she will go when she is married to him. Thiru although upset agrees and tells her he will be away for a week and leaves. Sandhya visits Sophia and Sandhya says since Sophia has made up her mind no one cna change it and they leave. They go to Simi and Sandya introduces herself and wants to talk to her. Simi agrees and they walk away and Sandhya tells her that Sophia is everything in life for her. She says she has always given whatever her sister has desired. Simi asks what Sophia desires now. Sandhya tells her she likes Thiru and wants to marry him. Sandhya asks Simi to give Thiru up but Simi says this it the matter of two hearts and not something that canbe bought and refuses. Sandya tells her to think and tell her the following week and wants a positive answer because she will not take no for an answer. Sandhya tells her sister not to worry and leaves.

Jayanthi in her room reading, the hostel canteen lady comes and asks her to go down to eat as she has to close up. Jayanthi tells her sill will in a moment and goes in. She hears someone knocking again and opens the door to see her sister Mangai. Mangai goes in and gives her all the luggage brought for her and they talk for some time. Bharath comes in and says they have to go to Kasthuri's house. Bharath and Mangai arrive at Kasthuri's house and Jothi takes aarti for them and invite them in. After refreshment, they want to take leave but Masil tells them to eat and stay the night but Bharath politely refuse saying theyw ill stay a week when they come for Kasthuri's wedding. THODARUM.

Thiru returns and is happy to see Bharath and meet his wife. They exchange greetings and go in to have their meal. Ram meets his mother. Jothi says she had not seen him for so long and that is why she wanted to see him. Ram asks why not she come to the house and Jothi says his father does not like it. She asks Ram why he is not coming to see his father. Ram says Masil does not like him. Jothi asks if Ram is trying to locate Rekha. Ram says he is doing his best. Ram says Kasthuri is trying to get revenge on him by linking him to Rekha's disappearance. Jothi tells Ram they are all going to their kuladeivan temple to pray and will be staying there overnight. Ram listens to this with interest.

Radha is sick and lying on her bed. Sandhya comes in and tells Ram she is here to take immediate action. She asks for Radha and Ram takes her to Radha's room. Seeing Sandhya, Radha asks if there is news about Rekha. Sandya says she will find out soon. Sandya then asks Radha to go to the hospital and offers to take her. All three go downstairs. Radha calls her maid and tells her to take care of Santhosh as she is going to the hospital and leaves. The maid looks at them suspiciously.

Amitha meets Bharath and Jayanthi and while talking, tells about a vacancy in the hospital where she works. She asks them to come there and will get the job for Jayanthi. Bharath takes Jayanthi there and she is appointed. Amirtha takes her to her seat and shows her some stuff. Sanjeevi comes there and Amirtha introduces her and tells him to help Jayanthi is she has any doubts and leaves. Sanjeevi starts to talk as though he is the most important person in the hospital. He leers at her nd Jayanthi is uncomfortable. Sanjeevi asks if Jayanthi is married. Jayanthi says no and when he asks who Bharath is says he is her BIL. Sanjeevi tells her to ask him anything and he is there to help. Jayanthi gets mad and asks if she can start her job. Sanjeevi leaves. THODARUM.

Masil waits for Kasthuri. When Kasthuri returns, he calls Jothi and tells her to get ready. Kasthuri asks where to. Jothi says to invite Radha to the wedding. Kasthuri informs them Radha is not at home but at the hospital as she is not well. Jothi wants to go visit her but Kasthuri says not to and they will all visit together after the wedding.

Everyone is at the temple doing poojas. Ganesh arrivevs and Masil shows him the new clothes Kasthuri has bought for him. Masil tells Ganesh that he is a happy man and after the wedding willr eturn to the village with Jothi. Kasthuri comes there and reminds Masil of his promise to stay with her after the wedding. More talks about Kasthuri's past, present and future life.

Wedding is underway. Kasthuri gets ready and the priest tells them to bring the bride. Inspector Sandhya arrives and is welcomed. Bharath is introduced to her. Jothi brings Kasthuri to the dias. Sandhya looks at her and Thiru with anger. THODARUM.

Wedding under way. Kasthuri is brought the he dais and sat beside Thiru. Amirtha gets blessing of the "Thaali". Everyone is very happy except Sandhya. Sandhya receives a call and she tells the person she will take care of it. Just before Thiru ties the "Thaali" some police officers with K-9 unit arrive and says they received information that Rekha's body has been buried at this house, Everyone is shocked. Kasthuri says she had given the evidence of the murder to Sandhya and for them to ask her. Sandya says she cannot do any thing because these guys are from the crime branch.

The police search the house and at he backyard, they start digging and find Rekha's body. More shock. Ram comes there and cries buckets saying Kasthuri had killed Rekha because of the sothu. Masil says Kasthuri would never have done that because he knows her and would prove her innocence. Ram says Masil should be ashamed for trying to get his DIL re-married when his son is still alive. Masil tells Ram that he will prove that Kasthuri did not kill Rekha and find the real culprit. THODARUM.

Ganesh, Thiru and Bharath go to the police station and ask Sandya to wait for their attorney before filing the case against Kasthuri. Sandhya doesn't answer them but rudely calls her constable to send them out and to make arrangements to take Kasthuri to court.

Everyone waits for Kasthuri at court. Judge arrives and Kasthuri is presented as the first accused in Rekha's muder. Judge asks Kasthuri if she has anything to say and Kasthuri tells them she is innocent. Kasthuri's father stands up to speak for Kasthuri but is told to sit down. Kasthuri's attorney seeks bail but Sandhya and the prosecutor object. Sandhya wants Kasthuri to be kept in custody for investigation. The judge finally gives her 3 days to complete investigation.

Ram comes in and tells Masil and the others that they are harboring a killer and they are not believing him. Kasthuri is taken back into custody. Radha tells Ram she does not believe Kasthuri killed Rekha. She is confused how Rekha's body was found in Kasthuri's house. Ram tells her Kasthuri must have killed her and buried her there. Ram tells Radha that from the begining Kasthuri had planned and commited the murder. Radha is confused. THODARUM.

Masil asks Jothi to come home but she refuses. She says she is afraid to stay there. Jothi says she will stay at Ganesh's house. Masil agrees to send her there. Thiru meets Sandhya and tells her to allow him to meet Kasthuri. Sandhya refuses. Thiru asks why is she treating Kasthuri as an accused when she knows Kasthuri did not kill Rekha. Sandhya says the body was found at Kasthuri's house and now she has to investigate the murder. Thiru asks about the cassette and Sandhya says she checked on the voice and was told the voice does not match so she burnt the cassette. Thiru is shocked to hear this and askher how she can do that. Thiru says if they found out who buried Rekha's body at Kasthuri's, then the case wouldbe solved. Sandya rudely replies that is not her job and leaves.

Radha feeding Santhosh. Ram comes there and they start talking about their property. Radha says she wants to donate everything to some orphange. Hearing this Ram's face change and he says that Rekha had always wanted to carry on with the business started by Ram. He suggests that they continue to make the business big. Radha just listens.

Ram goes to Ganehs's house and asks Jothi to come to his house. Jothi refuses saying she want to stay with Ganesh. Ganesh comes there and Ram starts talking bad about Kasthuri. Ganesh cuts him short saying he has come there to see his mother and is his guest and offers something to drink. Ram refuses and says he is there to take him mother with him. Ganesh replies he is welcome to do so and Jothi can go if she wants to but he himself will not tell her to leave. Jothi tells Ram she will only go to Ram's house with Masil. Ram leaves.

Ganesh meets Thiru and asks why he wa summoned. Ganesh asks if Thiru has arranged to bring Kasthuri out on bail. Thiru says it is impossible now because Ram has filed a stay petition against the bail movement for Kasthuri. Thiru asks why Ram is doing this. Ganesh relays to him the Ram-Kasthuri saga. Thiru asks Ganesh to speak to Ram on Kasthuri's behalf. Ganesh says Ram would not listen. He also tells Thiru that Masil had told him, he will speak with Ram about this. Sandhya and Kasthuri face to face in the cell. Sandhya asks wht Kasthuri has decided. Kasthuri asks about what. Sandya tells Kasthuri she will be taken to court in 2 days and wants Kasthuri to admit to murdering Rekha. Kasthuri looks at Sandya shocked. THODARUM.

A brief update:

KAsthuri-Sandya meeting in the cell. Sandhya tells Kasthuri to admit to killing Rekha but Kasthuri refuses and ask why. Sandhya says because she does not want Kashturi to marry Thiru. Kashturi is confused and ask what is it to her. Sandya refuses to answer and says if Kasthuri gives her a written notice saying she will not marry Thiru, she will work on releasing her. Kasthuri says she will go to court and tell the court what transpired between both of them. Sandya gets mad and tells Kathuri if she does not comply, Kasvyawould be killed. Kasthuri is more shocked.

Ram tells Radha to come sit on the director's seat in the company. The idiot Radha say no and tells Ram to take careof everything. Ram enters the office and is welcomed by everyone. Ram tells the manager to wait outside while he goes in alone. Once inside, he lights the light and incense for Rekha's and Annamalai's photo and laughs his evil laugh and sits at ont he chair with his leg on the table. Manager comes in and Ram tells him to arrange for interview on Monday.

Masil goes to see Ram to talk to him about Kasthuri. Ram laughs at him and talks his usual bantha talk. Finally Masil says he may be an old mand but is stil strong willed. He says he will get Kasthuri out because she is not his daughter in law but his daughter and goes out. He walks out of Ram's office and sees Sandhya walking into Ram's office in civies. Masil recognizes her as the police officer working on Kasthuri's case and wonders why she is there to see Ram. THODARUM.
