Chapter 53
Thapki would have screamed so loud if the person had not shown his face to her in time. It was none other than Bihaan. She still screamed but it was not a loud one and it was a scream out of happiness. Bihaan hugged Thapki and she hugged him back.
Thapki: "Oh Bihaan u came back. I so so missed u. U know wat? The whole evening, I felt as if u were with me and finally u r. Isn't this amazing?"
Bihaan: "Yes it is and so was ur dance"
Bihaan replied with a naughty smile on his face. This startled Thapki. She even playfully hit him calling him "cheat". But he held her arms and kissed her palms. This act of Bihaan made Thapki blush.
Bihaan: "Y u feel so shy in front of me?"
Thapki did not reply but turned her face away from him. Bihaan did not miss the chance to back hug her. Thapki knew she will melt in his arms if he hold her any longer so she reminded him abt the gift giving ceremony. The two left the room with the gift but Bihaan did not forget to remind her that the two will be returning to the same place after the ceremony is over.

The next morning, Dadi called all the ladies to her room. When every one gathered, she handed all of them beautiful bracelets as a token of love for arranging the function so successfully. The bracelets were in different designs.
Suman: "Wow Shradha ur bracelet is so very beautiful"
Shradha: "Thanks. But actually its not the bracelet that is beautiful, its who is wearing it that makes it pretty"
Suman: "Yes that too"
Thapki: "Bhabhi ur bracelet is also very beautiful and it is looking so pretty in ur hand"
Suman: "Thanks Thapki. And so is urs"
The two smiled. Shradha did not like Thapki's comment. So she made a bad face and left the room.

Thapki made tea for Bihaan and went to their room to wake him up. When she entered the room she noticed that Bihaan was already up. She put the tea on his side table and started unpacking his bags. She placed the clean clothes in his wardrobe and placed all the washable clothes in one corner. she was so busy in her work that she did not notice Bihaan coming out of the washroom. It was when he held her by her arm and puled her to his chest that she felt his presence.
Bihaan: "Ur eyes shine brighter than the diamond in ur nose pin and that makes me fall more and more in love with u"
Thapki: "Its ur eyes that see gudness in everything. U r such a lovable person"
Bihaan: "If u actually believe so then u will not be angry at me for doing sthg which I shdn't have done"
Thapki: "And wat is that?"
Bihaan: "Vinod called me three days ago when I was in Delhi"
Thapki looked at him with inquiring eyes.
Bihaan: "Vinod... Ur Bua's grandson"
Thapki: "Oh. But wat did he call u for? Is Bua ok??"
Bihaan: "Yes yes Bua is ok. He wanted me to help him find a job coz they r facing financial problems"
Thapki: "Ya. They r poor ppl and Bua have worked hard all her life to give gud life to her children and now grand children"
Bihaan: "Yes. And to help them out a lil bit, I have asked Vinod to move into ur house... I know I shd have asked before taking such a decision but the owner of their house was asking them for rent or he would have thrown them out of their house and..."
He noticed the tears appearing in Thapki's eyes and felt sad all of a sudden. May be he should have consulted Thapki first as she might have emotional bonding with that place and she may not feel gud abt sharing that place with any one else.
Bihaan: "Sorry Thapki. I did not know that this will hurt u like this. I did not have much options at that time as he was asking me to help him get a job and after me asking again and again he told me that he want to quit his studies and start the job to give his family a place to live in and..."
Thapki: "Oh plz Bihaan I am not crying coz u did sthg wrong... I am crying coz this shd have been sthg done by me. I knew that Bua was living in a rented place and my place was all empty and... But I am so proud of u. U not only care for me but u also care for the ppl who r some how connected to me"
Bihaan: "I am glad that u did not mind it. I will also give him a job in my office after the completion of his studies. Till then I will fund his studies. I have told Vinod that a friend of mine offers scholarships and I have asked him to come to PN with his documents so that I can check with my friend if he can give him scholarship. But actually I will give him the money without hurting his self esteem as he rejected my offer of giving him money earlier"
Thapki hugged Bihaan and said a silent thank you coz she did not know the right words to thank this man. But she thanked God for gifting her this man in the shape of her husband.

Vasu was passing by the landline telephone when it rang. She picked it up and said "Hello". The voice from the other side was unfamiliar to her. After inquiring she came to know that it was none other than Kosi Devi. The mention of her name turned Vasu pale. She had no idea that Kosi was out of jail. On her inquiry abt the reason to call, the reply of Kosi gave her the shock of her life.

Bau ji and Vasu were sitting in their room. The door to their room was shut. Worry could be easily seen on faces of the both. After a long time of quiet, Bau Ji spoke.
Bau Ji: "R u sure that's wat she said?"
Vasu: "How many times do I need to tell u this?"
Bau Ji: "I can't believe she asked u for that"
Vasu: "Wat will we do now?"
Bau Ji: "Nthg. Bihaan is our legal heir now. She can not take him away from us"
Vasu: "I hope this is true"
Bau Ji: "I am glad to c ur concern for Bihaan"
Vasu: "He is not my own son but I have raised him. There is an emotional attachment"
Bau Ji smiled but did not say anything. He knew how Vasu differentiated between Bihaan and Dhruv but the little concern she had for Bihaan was enough for him. May be one day this little concern will turn into big love... from her side too.

Thapki was carrying a heap pf dried clothes when Kabir saw her. Despite Thapki's saying No to his offer to help, he took half the clothes from her and started following her to her bedroom. He put the clothes on the bed. Thapki thanked him and waited for him to leave but he sat on the bed next to the clothes and started folding them. Thapki did not know how to stop him so she also hurriedly started folding the clothes. Kabir started telling stories of Bihaan's and his childhood together and at one funny incident when Thapki was laughing so hard, Bihaan entered the room. Thapki did not stop laughing and was abt to tell Bihaan the reason of her laughter when Sheena also entered their room. It was the expression on her face that put a sudden brake on Thapki's laughter.
Sheena: "Arre u two r here. I looked for u everywhere else as I was not expecting u to be in here"
Thapki: "Kabir and I came here just a few mins ago. Actually he helped me in carrying all these clothes"
Sheena: "Its okay Thapki. I was just saying. Obviously he lives with u ppl in the same house so he has developed a special bond with u all"
Bihaan who had not said a single word yet, intervened by handing an envelop to Sheena.
Bihaan: "Here is that letter u were looking for. U need to respond to this query at ur earliest"
He handed her the letter and went into the washroom. Sheena moved out of the room followed by Kabir. Whereas Thapki felt that Bihaan did not like to c Kabir in their room. She did not want him to be there but he did not seem to understand. She decided to be more careful abt this in future.

The next day, Vinod came to PN. Vasu was sitting with Sheena and Kiran when one of the servants brought him to the lounge. Bihaan had already informed the guard abt his arrival so he did not face any difficulty in entering PN. Upon Vasu's inquiry, Vinod told them that he is from Thapki's village. Soon Thapki entered the room and Vinod got saved from further inquiry. After Thapki served him tea, Bihaan and he left for Bihaan's office. Soon after Vinod left with Bihaan and Thapki went to attend to daily affairs, Sheena commented on how Thapki's relatives have started to come to PN and how Thapki has control over Bihaan... who does wat she says. Though Kiran slammed her for saying sthg so low, Vasu some where started pondering over this new thought.

In the morning, Vinod and Bihaan were having breakfast that was being served to them by Thapki when Shradha climbed down the stairs and started screaming. Some one had stolen her bracelet. The one Dadi has given her a few days ago. Everyone came downstairs and tried to calm her but she was extremely furious. She then noticed Thapki, Bihaan and Vinod. She pointed her fingers towards them and screamed.
Shradha: "U filthy thief. How dare u stole my bracelet"
