Harshad Chopda to play Gandhi in Imagine's new sho

It's time for celebration for fans of Harshad Chopda as they will soon get to see their favourite star on Imagine TV's new show which will be produced by DJ's A Creative Unit. The show will be loosely based on the life of Mahatma Gandhi.

Our source informs, "Harshad has been offered to play the role of Mohan Galla, a character loosely inspired by Mahatma Gandhi. Harshad is in talks with the channel and is almost finalised for the role. Meanwhile, Aasiya Kazi who shot to fame with her role in Bandini will be playing Kastur, the female lead in the show. The shooting was supposed to start from this month but due to unavoidable circumstances it got postponed."

We spoke to Aasiya Kazi who says, "Talks are on with the channel and I have already given the look test but nothing has been confirmed yet."

We spoke to Deeya Singh, producer of DJ's A Creative Unit who says, "I was out of town and I've recently come back so I have no idea about it."
