The epiosde starts with Twinkle being shown some pictures of Pallavi and Rocky which date back some years. Twinkle is made to believe that Rocky is not her Kunj and she leaves dejected from Pallavi's room. After Twinkle leaves, Pallavi admits to herself about giving Kunj her boyfriend's face just to be able to see him again. She also confesses to having fallen for Kunj.
At Taneja residence, Twinkle tells Yuvi of everything that happened and still holds the belief of Kunj and Rocky being the same person strong. Yuvi assures her of getting to the bottom of this whole mess.
Leela happens to walk in then and overhears everything. She is shaken at the prospect of Kunj being alive. She scolds both Twinkle and Yuvi for having kept her in the dark but soon understands their situation too, after Twinkle tells her the whole thing in detail.
Whereas at the other side, Pallavi is scared of her truth being out in the open and fears of losing Kunj. She decides to never let Kunj know about her giving him, hed deceased boyfriend's face.
Leela is worried for Yuvi at her place. Having realised what Kunj's return could mean, she is saddened by the thought of Yuvi's heartache. She asks him to not keep his feelings for Twinkle hidden but Yuvi says he'd rather find happiness in her joy. He reminds her of how Twinkle taught him that true love means to find happiness in the other person's happiness. He says that for him, Twinkle's happiness holds more value and if it lies with Kunj, then he will happily step away from her life. Leela is torn between Yuvi and Twinkle and expresses that she can't see either one of them in pain.
She expresses her concerns regarding the fact that Kunj kept his identity hidden from everyone since so long and also fears of the things he did to his own family. Yuvi pacifies her and leaves once Twinkle calls for him. Leela is still unsure about the whole thing and is afraid of the storm headed their way, once Kunj's existence is confirmed.
Twinkle calls Yuvi up and tells him of her plan to find out if Rocky is her Kunj for once and all. She has planned out a date for Rocky and Pallavi.
Meanwhile, Yuvi hides out in the Sarna mansion, waiting for everyone to leave. Once all have left, he goes on with the next phase of their plan.
Pallavi thanks Twinkle for having done so much for her and in turn Twinkle apologises for having talked to Pallavi about all those things last time. Pallavi nods just as Rocky walks in. Twinkle briefs the waiter about some food items and goes over to get them. She soon gets a phone calls about a fire having broken out at Sarna Mansion and Usha being trapped in it. She rushes out of the place leaving a baffled Rocky and Pallavi behind.
Next scene shows Rocky reaching the Sarna house and shouting for Usha. In a hurry, he calls Usha maa and is seen getting into the house by force, only to find the llace normal. Twinkle and Yuvi walk in, accepting that it was all their plan to get the truth out and Yuvi asks him to admit to being Kunj.
Twinkle looks on at Rocky all scattered. She breaks down and asks him as to why he did all this. She mentions of having to go through life alone thinking of him to be no more. She tells him how bard it was for her. She tells him of having felt his presence every time when he was around. She questions him about not coming back to her when he was fine for all these years and breaks down crying. Rocky initially seemes fazed by all the this but soon gets back his calm and doesn't let his cover slip.
He argues about giving Usha his mother's place and that he just came to check up on her. He calls Twinkle mentally unfit for having even thought of him being Kunj. He asks Yuvraj to keep his wife under control and brushes aside any conerns they raise.
Twinkle is still determined to prove that Rocky is in fact her Kunj. She reminds him of her being morw stubborn than him and challenges to expose his cover at the party, scheduled to be held the very next day.
Precap
At the party, Twinkle announces of Rocky being Kunj and asks Rocky to admit to the same. She threatens to consume poison otherwise. Everyone looks on shocmed but Rocky doesn't seem to pay any heed to her.
