Honestly, I think he should move on. It's a Times of India article, so it's probably true.

Sidhant Gupta to quit 'Tashan-E-Ishq'

The makers of 'Tashan-E-Ishq' will have to look out for a new hero as Sidhant Gupta, the male lead of the show, has decided to quit. Incidentally, he has been offered a better project, which he couldn't refuse. He will be exiting the show by the end of this month.
Says the actor, "I am whatever I am today because of the show, but I might have to quit as the project offered to me is big. The channel obviously wouldn't want to let the male lead leave a show, but one has to move on. I hope things work out between us."

Production house doesn't let the main lead quit so easily. He said in that context that he wishes things work out between him and Production house 😛

I hope production house don't let him go anywhere. They shud give him some time in between to complete his other commitments but don't make him leave this show 😭

He had an one year contract with them,which is going to end soon. And if he doesn't want to renew the contract,Production house can't do anything legally. They have to lure him with a better offer. But that ain't happening,since they are biased towards Zain and Yuvi.
So its better if Sidhant takes the better offer 😛

According to me very good decision by Sid.Channel N PH r obsessed with Yuvi and Zain.Every track written in a illogical way to make Yuvi part of it.How long will a actor who signed as male lead will take it.No ample screen space,dialogues n also track focusing on him.I just hope the new project is good n the new project makers do justice to his acting skills.All the best Sid.I also wish he take the new project.It will be good for him.

If it is movie.Everything between him N Zee becomes good.Then if Zee allow he can do both the projects.

If it is daily soap on another channel.He cannot do both shows.The new show channel will sign exclusive contract with him.So he had to work with that channel only.He cannot work in any other channel.
