I had fun with the TEM contest so wondering if this is on the same lines.

This has nothing to do with TEM. The two are separate contests. The deadline for signing up here is 25th and the deadline of the last round of TEM is 26th. So,this contest will certainly start after TEM.😛

And yes you may switch teams provided the teams are balanced.
The First round will be posted on 26th March... For each round 5-6 days will be given.
