Like a compass needle points towards the north a mans accusing finger will always find a women"
The acting was top notch but the execution of the track was disappointing. I actually got attracted towards the show as it did not reinforce stereotypes however today it did. I am going to talk in context of the subcontinent. Men are mostly known to be physically strong while women are known to be emotionally strong. Therefore in stressful and complicated situations in the telly world a man's anger is shown by him breaking things, consuming alcohol or acting irrationally. Kunj at this point is being irrational. He is letting his emotions get the best of him. In his anger he is refusing to understand Twinkle's position. He is well aware that she almost lost her virtue trying to save his father's reputation. He doesn't consider her a part of the family even today he said meri instead of humari family. He has lied to her too mostly for the same reasons he didn't tell her about the farmhouse truth even though he knew before her. He didn't tell her about her father and instead organised a stupid play that made fun of the situation. Kudos to Bebe for reminding him that he is not perfect either. I get the this truth concerned his father. It was a sensitive matter but a lie is an lie no matter what it is about. When the dust settles I need Kunj to really analyse his actions and Twinkle's importance as his wife. She is a vital member of the household and other than his wife she is also the daughter in law so she has duties towards everyone. I understand why he is hurt but I just don't like the way he is showing it. Maybe he thinks taking a break will help him figure out things. At this point he does have feelings for his wife that much I am sure about however he is torn between his wife and family.

Twinkle my heart breaks for you. Ja's acting skills have improved tremendously since the beginning of the show. Twinkle is so innocent and pure. I feel like hugging her and telling her that she did nothing wrong. She is completely in love with him. I agree with her though Kunj should have said something when she was leaving the house. This time I don't want her to give in easily after this whole mess is over. I want her to keep her self respect intact. She has been slapped and ridiculed in the Sarna household and frankly she needs this break to understand her own value. I want her to stop saying sorry and trying to meet Kunj. He needs a taste of his own medicine.

I personally loved the Leela and Twinkle scene. After this track I want their relationship to reach that stage Leela mentions in the scene. The journey will be difficult but nothing worthwhile ever comes easy.

I understand Twinkle hid the truth from Kunj, bet he must also understand.. it was during the time when Kunj and Twinkle were on a tiff with each other too!! Other than that... its not THAT big of a thing.. that happened.. I mean, I get the whole family being ridiculed, and taunted, reputations be at stake.. but, he should understand Twinkle wldn't do anything to cause any harm!
I just feel like. Kunj is pulling this whole fiasco a bit too far.. I mean.. be mad, but not to the point of this!

Yes, even I want twinkle to be independent.. but, its hard for a her at the moment.. since she was JUST getting into the skin of the 'love feeling' and 'reciprocation' feel.

It would take her some time.. to see things from the self respecting perspective.. :) But she will get there.. eventualy!! :)

I LOVE that quote and that novel, omg the feels 😳 Completely agree with and second everything you have to say! Regarding Kunj, I'm just going to say that I've always been taught that anger in Islam is frowned upon because we say things and do things we will regret. That is exactly which is happening right now because Kunj is not willing to understand past his own pain and troubles but the day will come where he will regret and redeem himself and we can go back to calling him #hubbygoals 😆 As for Bebe, the way she brought the Yuvi thing up today, I was SO happy. Like yes you wise, sensible woman! She argues both cases and continues stealing my heart.

Twinkle broke my heart and I'm waiting for her to be strong and not accept any easy apology because she deserves for others to recognize her worth. Jasmine wows me more daily and Sid's angst scenes are a wonderful thing to watch if you can wipe away the tears hehe.

Lovely post buddy 😃

Sigh the novel is so sad. Also what you said about anger is so true. Kunj is so consumed with his anger that he fails to see the bigger picture. Ugh both my otps have the same problem right now. They are both taking a break from each other. Thank you I adore your posts too. I just hope they move past this and emerge as an unbreakable pair:)
